| WeChat,as the most popular social software,has two sides.It seems that WeChat platform has brought convenience to people in the field of information dissemination,and also brought new problems and challenges to the traditional copyright protection.Therefore,in order to understand the WeChat platform works infringement problems better,to deal with the problems of infringement in the network information transmission,the author analyzes the actural copyright infringement on the WeChat,and points out the possible liability for tort for different WeChat subject,basing on our country’s current situation and combining typical cases.Finally the author gives seven suggestions as follows:to definite the range of Fair use on WeChat,to clear the compensation standards of WeChat works’ copyright infringement,to adopt flexible law mode,to establish network appeal channel for the infringed,to improve the system of burden of persuasion,,to strengthen the technical specification of WeChat works’ copyright,to improve public protection consciousness for WeChat copyright.Everyone is supposed to realize the wrong behavior on WeChat platform and understand the importance of copyright protection.So that we can build a harmonious society which is respecting knowledge,advocating innovation and respecting others’ copyright. |
