As one of the main communication tools in today’s society,WeChat not only has the function of communication,but also gradually becomes the "carrier of life information circle".With the enrichment of its functions and the increase of the number of users,more and more information,articles,photos and videos are sent to the big platform of WeChat,which enables people to communicate with each other more and more frequently,form more and more diverse,and the scope is more and more extensive.But the various legal problems that followed have gradually emerged.WeChat public platform,referred to as the public number,has been named "official platform","media platform",WeChat public number,and finally positioned as "public platform".Therefore,WeChat platform is a public information media release platform.The publisher using public account platform from the media,is simply one of many media activities.Although it is simple and fast to publish their work through public numbers,the issue of copyright infringement on the WeChat platform is becoming more and more serious.Copying,tampering,counterfeiting,homogenization and other WeChat works published,reproduced the disorder of chaos is very serious,the infringement disputes frequently,the reason is the lack of legal and related regulations.As the WeChat platform is a new Internet work in recent years,the related research is limited.Therefore,the article first compares the cases of copyright infringement and related cases in various countries,and makes a comparison of the criteria for the determination of different cases abroad.Then,it makes a combing of the emergence of WeChat platform works,the copyright infringement status and the rights protection mechanism of platform works,so that the basic status of WeChat platform works copyright is revealed.Then we made a systematic research on the constituent elements and responsibility identification of copyright works of WeChat platform,and analyzed the identification of copyright infringement of different types of works,and elaborated the responsibility identification standard for related tort subjects in detail.Finally,combined with the practical measures of copyright protection for WeChat platform works,the practical discussion will provide some suggestions for the protection of WeChat platform works copyright.In view of problems related to copyright in China is still in the Handan stage,based on the dual perspective of the integration of domestic and foreign copyright identification case to the key point to solve the problem that the WeChat platform copyright infringement,in order to determine the related responsibility of WeChat platform works copyright infringement liability subject.On the basis of the characteristics of the copyright infringement of the WeChat platform,this paper discusses the difficulties and solutions to protect the copyright of the copyright.
