The Interaction Between Government And Religious Organizations In The Context Of Legalization

With the deepening of ministration system reformation,various kinds of social organizations are developing rapidly.Social organizations actively participate in social governance and play an important role,which has aroused great concern in the community.As a special social organization,religious organization plays a more and more important role in the social governance.It is a process of interaction with the government that religious organizations participate in social governance.Therefore,the problems of how to interact and interactive mechanism become the important topic at present.Based on this,this research cite and rebuild system logic and action strategy as analysis framework.In the perspective of public administration,politic and sociology,it discusses operation mechanism and intrinsic motivation of interaction between governments and religious organizations,and put forward the model of interaction between governments and religious organizations.Base on the analysis of basic conditions of this healthy interaction,this paper builds positive interaction mechanism between governments and religious organizations,and provide the new thought for recognizing and dealing with the relationship between governments and religious organizations.As required,the research makes the relationship between governments and religious organizations in Shimenkan of Guizhou as object of investigation,using conversational method,non-participant observation and searching literatures method collected the firsthand materials.These works provide a reliable guarantee on my research.The research found that the governments have formed the state logic and bureaucratic logic through interaction with the religious organizations,and take strategy of cautious guide and invisible limit under the dominant of different institutional logic.Base on the dynamic change of power and abilities,resources and interests in the system logic and action strategy,it forms the models of autonomous interaction and attachment interaction between governments and religious organizations.On the analysis of dilemma between governments and religious organizations,this paper based on the legalization background,makes the public benefit as consensus mechanism,cooperative governance as dynamic mechanism,information technology as supporting mechanism and the framework of the rule of law as safeguard mechanism to build positive interaction mechanism between governments and religious organizations.At last,according to the research conclusion,it responds the new trend of state-society relation.
