Research On Corruption Governance Mechanism Of County-level Disciplinary Committee Based On "Internet +"

Corruption is a widespread problem in the world which is kind of chronic disease that cannot be still eradicated over centuries.Since corruption appeared,people have never ceased from exploration of the governance practices.Internet technology with rapid growth plays an important role for the politics,economy,society and culture etc in our country at the moment and the nation has also upgraded the convergence between internet and traditional industries to the position of national strategy.Compared with traditional anti-corruption pattern,the power monitoring and corruption governance through "Internet+"have the advantages including high efficiency,lower cost,wide participation and timely interaction,which can provide an opportunity for changing the pattern and increasing the efficiency for the anti-corruption campaign in our country.This article takes Z country in Shandong Province that is representative as the research object based on defining the basic conceptions of the discipline inspection commission of county-level,the corruption governance and "Internet+," as well as according to the theory of power restriction,the theory of good governance,the electronic governance theory and the present situation of anti-corruption.Through further investigations and detailed analysis,introduce the position and power of the party committees of county-level and governments,detail the reasons why corruption spreads in the grass-roots of county-level at the moment,explain the soft spot of the methods of traditional anti-corruption,analyze the advantages of’Internet+"anti-corruption and the barrier during fully building the "Internet+"anti-corruption pattern,at last state how to construct the "Internet+"anti-corruption mechanism.Mainly strengthen the constructions of the supervision platform and education platform and grasp the key of "Internet+"anti-corruption;Concentrate on the constructions of system and law for the data of anti-corruption and strengthen the thought of "Internet+.”The article at last puts forward three suggestions for the building and innovation of "Internet+" anti-corruption mechanism:party committees and governments should concentrate on "Internet+" anti-corruption,perfect the the construction of internet infrastructure and make greater efforts to train"Internet+" talents.
