Public Participation Research In The Era Of Micromedia

With the popularization of computer-and-mobile phone technology,the penetration of soci al platforms such as micro-blog and WeChat,new technologies and means of communication h ave overturned China’s traditional media environment and the way of public communication in a few short years.China entered a new era of micro media.In this new era,people will go out with things,there must be mobile phones,fingertips,"p articipation in politics" has become the norm.Everyone is the center,the public awareness of kn owledge,the right protection greatly increased,the enthusiasm and the possibility of public part icipation in the supervision of public opinion and mass communication activities unprecedente d high.The emergence of micro-media and the growing social influence of the micro-media pla tform have greatly enhanced the public awareness of participation in public affairs and become an important channel for public participation in public affairs and supervision of public power.At the same time,in this era,due to not fully consider the citizen appeal led to more and m ore mass incidents,the Government has long been caught in a passive situation.The micro-med ia not only brings about the change of the ruling environment and challenges to the government’s ability to govern,but also provides an important tool and means to promote the transformation of government functions.It should make full use of new media in promoting the transformation of government functions.This paper explores the propagation law of information dissemination and the role that public plays in the process of communication in the micro media era by the combination of politics and communication theory.Then the paper explicitly expresses that the "micro public participation" is in the front position in political participation,and puts forward the ways of the government scientific guidance for public participation in politics."Micro media era" is born accompanied by the application of Wechat,micro-blog and other communication technology of new generation.In the micro media era,the users range widely,and the participation in the statement is disorder.The serious research on this at home is relatively small,and the introduction of policies and regulations lags behind relatively.How to solve disorder participation in the micro public media era is the frontier research,it has a profound theoretical and practical significance.The study of this is profound for guiding the public’s order participation in politics,and promoting socialist democratic politics and the transformation of government functions.This paper is divided into six parts: the reason and significance of the research,the researc h status,the connotation and characteristics of the micro-media era,the typical case,the existin g problems,the reasons analysis and coping strategies.We analyzes and sum up the new mode of public participation with Chinese characteristics.
