Research On The Influencing Factors Of Cultural And Recreational Activities Of Rural Elderly In Hanchuan City

China has entered the ranks of the aging society, compared to the other developing countries, the pace of aging is particularly fast. By the end of 2014, China’s elderly population over 60 years old has reached a new score which occupied 15.5% in the total population. At the same time, according to the survey results of the sixth census in China, Chinese aging of population is accelerating, and most aging population are from rural. For the reason of a large number of young people go out to work in rural, the aging is becoming serious and the proportion of elderly population in rural areas in fact is far higher than the city’s. As China’s "The integration of Urban and Rural" policy, the society gradually pay attention to the rural elderly cultural life. How to achieve "active aging" has become an arduous challenge in the context of a harmonious society. The premise of the gradual increase in the level of material culture, spiritual and cultural demand is increasingly vigorous, spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly may bring new problems to the aging of the population. At the same time, compared with the city, rural spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly may be more urgent. Elderly reflect the spiritual and cultural life of a part of the cultural and recreational activities, understanding of rural elderly cultural and recreational activity participation, on the one hand this is actively respond to the aging of the population, on the other hand is to promote the integration of urban and rural areas, the construction of harmonious society in the efforts. Therefore this paper chooses the rural areas of the central city of our country to investigate and study. At the beginning, we do a lot work including the collation of the previous literature, to determine the topic. Then through questionnaires, interviews, literature research and field research methods, this article analyzes the current situation of rural aging population’s cultural life and their impact factors. Finally, according to the analysis of the impact of China’s rural elderly people cultural and recreational activities of factors, this article tries to give some recommendations from the individual, family, society and the government four aspects in order to give some useful suggestions on improving the cultural life of the old people in rural areas.Although the study of the influence factors of elderly cultural activities in rural from a central province in China which maybe just a example, it reflects some regional characteristics. Through this case we can find some common with the other cities in our country, so as to improve life quality of rural elderly people and to face with the aging of the population calmly.
