Prison Supervision Security Problems And Countermeasures Research

As the state penal enforcement agency, the prison is mainly responsible for the function of the criminal detention, the security and stability of the society has a huge impact on the social stability. At present, despite the security prison in the best period in history, but there are still many problems, even every year criminals escape regulatory safety accidents occurred, showing prison security still faces a severe test.Annual safety accident cases, although the prison management also attaches great importance to the safety supervision risk prevention work, but all of them put emphasis in the sake of discussion, for each array, accident after focusing on a single, specific accident response, lack of systematic anti fan coping strategies.On the basis of a lot of literature data and practical investigation, this paper is based on the current academic circles, relying on the guidance of the theory of prison, combining with the practice of prison work, comparing and case study method. On the security of prison supervision, at present, there is little research on the theory, this paper has a positive meaning to fill the theory innovation, and it has the guiding significance to the actual work of prison supervision. This paper firstly summarizes the security of prison supervision, introduces the connotation and significance of prison supervision, and analyzes the factors that affect the safety and the existing problems.
