Research On The Motivation And Governance Mechanism Of Group Emergencies Under The Perspective Of Risk Society

Along with our country social dynamics and the rapid development of science and technology,the height of the risk society to become social basic form,produced in the human practice activity \ "technical risk\" and \ "risk system\" constitute the basic content of modern social risk structure.The country’s economic and social development brings the past did not appear a variety of problems,with the changing of society and constantly updated,our country also gradually shows the characteristics of risk society.That is in the period of social transition,adapted to the structure of the risk society,order,interest allocation mechanism has not yet formed,such as social system internal contradiction embodied in mass incidents.How to timely and effective response to the mass incidents under risk society is a need to solve the problem.Based on the problem of mass incidents as the research object,from theory to practical,step by step to explore the problems faced by the current mass incidents,risk society is studied under the perspective of mass emergency response,find the mass emergency response practice aspects of vulnerabilities,the existing mass incidents put forward certain design train of thought,and obtain the mass of emergency response.Full text research helps us to better cope with the social transformation period of all kinds of social conflicts and contradictions problems,in the national legislation,system construction and maintaining social stability and so on has very important practical significance.Through the study of this article,in the hope that delve into mass incident causes and results,and the analytical framework of the system is given.On the one hand for how to position the role of government in dealing with the mass emergency work to provide basis;On the other hand,also for the government in mass incidents to offer solutions when the system restore.
