Promote The Study Of The Rule Of Law In Public Security In The Context Of Comprehensively Administering The Country According To Law

In the comprehensive framework for promoting rule of law under the background, the rule of law is the inevitable trend of the development of China’s public security. According to the basic requirements of the comprehensive rule of law in our country, the legalization of public safety is not only the requirement of public safety law itself being a good law, namely, from the form to the content are in line with the requirements of justice, but also public security legal system can be run efficiently in the practice of public security. In other words, The rule of law in public security should be an organic unity of public safety legislation, law enforcement, judicial, law-abiding, and supervision.This paper consists of four parts:the introduction and the main body.The first part is the Introduction.It consists of four parts, the background and significance of the rule of law in China’s public security, domestic and foreign research status, theoretical basis, research methods and innovation, which extremeingly clear the cornerstone of the study of the rule of law in China’s public security, build the whole article on the theory frame and clarify the research ideas.The second part, " An overview of the comprehensive framework for promoting the rule of law and the rule of law public safety" sorts out the theoretical foundation of the thesis, including the connotation and origin of the rule of law, practice of comprehensivlye managing state affairs according to law, an overview of the rule of law in public security and The relationship between the comprehensive law and the rule of law in public security.The third part," Problems and causes in the process of legalization of public safety", analysis on the present situation of the rule of law in our country’s public safety, which mainly is the achievements made in the process of legalization of public safety, And analysis the problems existing in the present process of the rule of law in China’s public safety in four aspects, the legislative, law enforcement, judicial, and law-abiding. Finally, the reasons that affect the legalization of public safety are analyzed from four angles of the traditional law culture, the imbalance of the game power of local government, the lack of the credibility of the government and the understanding erroneous zone of the concept of developmen.The fourth part is the countermeasures against the rule of law of public security in our country under the background of comprehensively managing the country according to law.
