During the early period of People Republic of China,China Central Academy of FineArts created a practical experience of education.Towards traditionally national arts,theynot only had policy of ' Import',like collecting old Chinese paintings,but also have thepolicy of 'Export'.It included conservation of historical sites,investigation of caves andmimesis of old sites and so on,which were depended on excellent abilities of staff inCAFA.As time goes by,these kinds of things become annual activities for all the staff inCAFA.For 'Export',they want to research specia cases on both sides of practicalmissions and specific operations.These ' Investigation Teams or Groups' were organizedin a special mode,which also created a research method combined textual criticism,photography,mimesis and drawing together.Furthermore,some copies of historical siteswere also published,exhibited and reported in next few years.During this processing,I found some questions about educational idealology andmethods,which deserve to explore.Athe end of thesis,I will argue the self-reflection inthe perspective of department Caimo and the institute of Chinese pianting.At the sametime,I will combine the educational principles of Life,Tradition and Creation with the educational methods of Life Drawings,Copying and Creation together,in order to discussthe foundation and various process in the institute of Chinese painting.
