As a kind of exotic product, photography came into China at the end ofthe 19th century. It not only gave play to its recording function, but alsobrought a new possibility to China's local visual experience. With thedevelopment of the times and society,Chinese photographers constantly shapeand construct a Chinese characteristic different from the West in the processof deep participation. In recent years, many experts and scholars have donesome valuable research and review on the photographic development since thefounding of new China. This provides some contextual reference systemsbelonging to the Chinese mainland for the part of workers who are engagedin photography research or creation, and makes the next step have a relativelyclear direction. This article mainly sorts and analyzes the contents of 'ChinaPhotography" from 1957 to 1967.Among them, taking the development ofphotographic technology in the magazine as the research focus in this period,it carries out relatively detailed collation and conclusion.Different fromthe positioning of other photography magazines of the same period, theprofessional and artistic nature of China Photography is unique amongmagazines of the same genre, providing more targeted and research-basedreading journals for photographers at the time.Photography relative to otherforms of art,for the mastery and use of technology has more specificrequirements, from the actual presentation of the results and results pointof view, the technology has a significant impact on the final result, however, this does not mean that technology has become the dominant party in this art, often the head behind the camera is the key to decision. At the same time, taking the western photography art of this period as a horizontal comparisonobject,We are trying to find out the characteristics of Chinese photographyart and the relationship with the world during this periodHowever,I do not want to simply direct the relationship between peopleand technology to some kind of "cybernetics." Instead,it attempts to analyzethe role of photographic technology itself and the information data of theauthor groups in "China Photography" during this period to analyze the mutualpenetration and interweaving of human and technology. The reason why peopleand technology have become what they are now is the result of joint effortsand influence.
