The museum brings the cultural and artistic treasures of human civilization and carries the social functions of education,research and communication.Nowadays,more people walk into the museum to appreciate the art,besides,hope to bring the "art" home,and the art derivative comes into being.ThePalace Museum has a unique collection,which is one of the world's largest and best-preserved woodenpalace complex,and the UNESCO named as "world cultural heritage".How to deeply excavate themuseum collection of Palace Museum and combine the mature experience of famous museum in Chinaand foreign countries,consequently,I make the research and development mode of art derivatives ofBeijing Palace Museum.From the perspective of macro level of national control,the meso level of themuseum's own development needs and the micro level of the museum art derivative's consumers:Thehigh quality of Chinese museum art derivatives development is urgently needed,and the domestic artderivatives is in the initial stage,compared to the foreign famous museum mature development ofart derivatives operation is relatively backward.By learning from advanced experience of foreignfamous museum,and making a research on the Palace Museum to understand the current situation andproblems,I put forward the direction and way of exploration and development of art derivatives inview of the Palace Museum.It is hoped that the art derivative research of the Palace Museum can beused for reference in the future development of art derivatives.
