Along with the continuous deepening of the reform of hospital wire,our cinema has entered a stage of rapid development,the total number of article of the constantly increasing,emerged a large number of commercial cinemas across the country,including wanda cinema line,Shanghai star academy line,poly cinemas,happiness of the blue ocean,etc.Although seemingly cinema market was booming in our country,but in fact the cinemas still met many problems in the actual operation,such as high operating costs,theater poor sentiment,profitability,difficult,and so on.,therefore,the author attempts to the operation mode of the cinema as the breakthrough point,through the development course of cinemas,market structure,management way,the profit model to analyze one by one,summarizes the cinema line horizontal integration,vertical integration and diversification three operating modes,and suggest effective cinema in China,existing problems,the further development of Chinese cinema and improve its international competitiveness is more practical significance.
