Tibet's Arts And Crafts Research During The Period Of Separation And Rule

This paper gives a research on Tibetan arts and crafts in the period of divided conquer.Starting from the necessity of writing this paper,the author analyzes policies which are beneficial to the development of arts and crafts: the deployment of “Belt and Road Initiative” made by President Xi Jinping and the word “spirit of the craftsman” put forward by Premier of the State Council in a government work report,both shows that China has been giving a lot of support to cultural industries and cultural soft power's important role in the market economy growth,which provides good state policies and social environment for the development of arts and crafts in the new era.The theme of this paper is same with the topic of my mentor's task item and accords with the development tide of current arts and crafts in China.On the basis of past researches on Tibetan arts and crafts carried on by domestic and foreign experts,the content,approach and innovative point are affirmed.Taking the development background(geographical conditions,politics,economics,religions and culture)of Tibetan arts and crafts in the period of divided conquer as the objective basis and geology,social anthropology and history as the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the living state of Tibetan people and the separatist state between tribes formed by complete collapse of Turpan,thus finds out the relationship and communication ways of Tibetan regimes.Meanwhile,with a view to the revival time of Tibetan Buddhism and its routine,this paper infers the communication ways of internal and external culture in different areas of Tibet.With the time clue this paper concludes the development sequence of Tibetan arts and crafts in the period of divided conquer and takes it as a reliable basis for studying the origin of the culture of arts and crafts.Taking philology and iconology as the source of references,this paper thoroughly shows the types of Tibetan arts and crafts in the period of divided conquer;By using the image correlation method and Descriptive study method,this paper finds out the similarities and differences of technological level and structure characteristics of different areas in that time.Based on this,this paper concludes the forms of arts and crafts by using the Classification method in order to determine the origin of its craft culture and the style formed by the combination with local culture.The author gives conclusions faster and more in the end of this paper including investigating the style type of Tibetan arts and crafts in the period of divided conquer,the style and features of arts and crafts in that time,the history of this stage and the effect of the localization of Tibetan arts and crafts in order to judge its historical position.This is the important opinion and innovative point of the whole paper.This paper,divided into 5 parts,analyzes the structure progressively and shows its adequacy and rationality through abundant content.
