China’s continuous development has led to the fact that the more people now pay attention to China.China’s language and culture have gradually attracted more and more foreigners,especially in recent years,the Confucius Institute in the construction of the rest of the world,Chinese gradually developed into "international language" trend.Chinese literature is the essence of Chinese culture;it is an indispensable part of Chinese culture.The research object of this paper is set as a foreign senior student,and the research content is the teaching practice of modern and contemporary literature.Nowadays,there are some problems in the teaching practice of modern and contemporary literature for foreign students.In the teaching of teachers,students studying,as well as the choice of teaching materials need to study and solve the problem.This paper,based on the actual teaching situation and the research results of the predecessors,through the research and analysis of teachers,students and teaching materials,find out the problems of contemporary literature and put forward some solutions according to the practical problems and the relevant theories and experiences.This paper is divided into five chapters,introduced as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly on the significance of this paper,the research content and some related concepts of literature are introduced.This paper studies the status quo of the study on the entry of literary works into the teaching materials of Chinese as a foreign language,the research status of the selection of the selected works of the advanced stage and the research status of the teaching methods of the literary works,and the relevant words in the text.The second chapter mainly elaborates the significance of high school students’ teaching of Chinese modern and contemporary literature.Through the Chinese language learning,to eliminate the obstacles caused by different cultures,in-depth mining of different countries,different thou ghts and feelings of the resonance point,to improve their own communication skills.Through the reading,understanding and feeling of literary works,from which to understand and dig out a country’s cultural traditions,political system,history and socia l customs,help to understand the contemporary Chinese modern culture and social outlook.Through the understanding of the cultural background of Chinese,to avoid the cultural differences caused by cross-cultural communication misunderstanding and confl ict,cultivate Chinese learners cross-cultural communication skills.The third part focuses on the problems in the teaching of contemporary literature from the aspects of teachers,students and works,and analyzes the aspects of the selection of Chinese modern and contemporary literature from foreign students and the literature teaching problems elaborate solutions.In the fourth chapter,the teaching methods of Chinese modern and contemporary Chinese literature are introduced in detail from the aspects o f classical literature screening,teaching methods and the contrast between culture.The fifth chapter mainly focuses on Yu Hua ’s "Living" as an example.The teaching plan of modern and contemporary literature in Chinese teaching of senior students in advanced stage.
