The effect of personality traits on cyber-bullying behaviors has been one of the important field of the Internet behaviors study and educational psychology. Compared to other personality traits theories, researchers are paying more attention to the effect of big-five personality on cyber-bulling behaviors. But from the researches at home and abroad at present, the academic circles conduct researches only in the effect of personality traits on cyber-bullying behaviors mostly. It lacks the study of the relationship among big-five personality, self-control and cyber-bullying behaviors.Therefore, this study took 1694 college students as research objects and it took the influence of big-five personality on cyber-bullying behaviors as the starting point, then compared the effect of self-control on cyber-bullying behaviors and discusses the mediating effect of self-control in the impact on college students cyber-bullying behaviors under big-five personality. The data which obtained used SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 to do the statistical analysis.The result shows: (1) For college students: gender, major and time online daily have significant differences on their self-control; (2) For college students: gender, major,time online daily and main types of action online have significant differences on their cyber-bullying behaviors; (3) Big-five personality significantly predicts the cyber-bullying behaviors; (4) Self-control negatively predicts the cyber-bullying behaviors;(5) Self-control plays a partial mediate role in big-five personality and cyber-bullying behaviors.
