With the development of international relations between China and Korea, there are more and more Korean students studying Chinese. Under the influence of this trend, many Chinese and Korean researchers are studying the language problems of Korean students. This paper examines the existing emotional issues on the phonetic features when Korean students use mandarin to express of anger. Through this study to analyze the Korean students learning Chinese why not like their mother tongue as the acquisition of language. Thus the process of study can be summarized as follows:Using questionnaires designed in the daily life of Korean and Chinese students are often in contact with the language facts of anger they all understand. For the purpose to build anger emotional corpus, need to pay attention to Korean student's vocabulary which they are not commonly used.10 Korean students (5 males and 5 females), 10 Chinese students (5 males and 5 females) were chosen to record the angry data according to the above-designed corpus.Totally 3 times recordings: firstly, to record target sentence (neutral sentence) without any emotional; secondly to record the target sentences of cold and hot anger. Recording order can be switched, some cold anger first or some hot anger first, depending on their emotional status. The difference between cold and hot anger will be explained in the following article. To complete the recording data analysis, using Praat software to segment the corpus, annotation, extract of formant, duration and other acoustic data.Organizational perception experiment. Mainly for examine the degree of anger the people of two countries in the expression of emotion when China and South Korea listening to the recording file.Compare the difference on the level of anger. Then compare the data of Korean and Chinese students to find out the characteristics of Korean students when they express their emotions. The innovations of this study can be summarized as follows:1: There are many papers on the study of Korean students' language problems(especially acoustics, tone, intonation, etc.), but seldom research on emotion.2: not only consider the theoretical content, but also to grasp the specific data to identify the Korean students who appear regularity problems.3: the study of emotional language which is also particularly simple expression of emotional anger. Then compare hot and cold anger, support the guidance to students how to communicate the second language of emotion. The main results of this paper are as follows: Now the voice, tone, intonation through Chinese teaching can be acquired, but the expression of emotion cannot be learned. People who express emotions naturally sound better than those who have learned for a long time. This is related to their own language habits, 'nuclear tone' is the Korean tone of the characteristics to express emotions. So it will be involved at the end of the sentence to express emotions when they speak Chinese, these characteristics are often found in Korean students in Mandarin. But Chinese students are not the same. They generally put emotions on the main factors of the sentence. So Korean students commutate with Chinese students in Mandarin often,a little less their language features can be found, but cannot completely removed from their mother tongue Intuitively. This paper is based on the correct data to compare the differences between the two countries' intonation. This difference can reveal the characteristics of Korean students expressing their anger in mandarin.
