This paper takes the students of South Korean nation as the research object, and employing the method of experimental phonetics theory study and analysis of their acquisition of mandarin monosyllabic tone. We first use the Praat software extracting F0 data and drawing the graph of the word pitch, the give a acoustic description; second, compare with the Beijing tone pattern chart,find the errors,then compare with Thailand, Spain students tone pattern chart and analysis to find different errors and commonness; According to the structure diagram and experiment data of the South Korean students’ acquisition of Chinese tones bias to carry on the summary, identify the reasons of the error, put forward suggestions on teaching.We found that the rising tone and the falling rising tone are the South Korea students biggest difficulties of learning Chinese tones. Adjustable type, two fold point near the back, the starting position is low, the end point is lower than that of the main distribution, which are easily confuse rising tone and the falling rising tone. Most predecessors think the falling rising tone is the most difficult to master. In our survey we found that the rising tone acquisition is more difficult than falling rising tone, rising tone acquisition errors led to the errors made by the falling rising tone. Because they confused the rising tone and the falling rising tone. The rising tone sound field dept is too low, occupying the organization pattern of the falling rising tone, so pronounce falling rising t-ones must use the lower tone sphere than those of rising tone to distinguish. This leads to the up-per body pronunciation is difficult to control and appear errors. The domain problems is mainly that level tone pitch is too low, turning the high level tones into low ones. Some students have weak sense of tones. Because there are no intonations in their native language. We have given some analyses and teaching advises according to these problems.We hope some of the conclusions can enlighten the learning, letting the South Korean nation students grasp the Chinese tone faster and more easily.
