Since 70s and 80s, Taiwan has entered the era of information consumption due to its unique political and economic situation. Taiwan is described as "post-industrial era" or "the Internet information society", with the rapid development of the"consumer society", its powerful information replication capacity, fast network transmission capacity, and a separation of form and content to each other is more obviously. Reflected in the culture, it is a variety of secondary culture rise unceasingly, and gradually showing a thriving trend. The poets with the tendency of post-modernism break the concept of the center, the harmony and the unity, on the contrary, they pay more attention to the discrete, non center, the marginal state, these concerns precisely fit the trend of the whole cultural development in Taiwan. At the same time, it also reflects the frequent changes in the social and political situation. Therefore, Taiwan’s post-modern poetry particularly remarkable, it has the essential characteristics of post-modern poetry, namely "deconstruction center" and"irrational".In order to eliminate the center, they construct the multi state, subvert all existing order, form a resistance trend of the central, ration, and culture. They distrust the history, questioning the legitimacy of the grand narrative of Enlightenment, and they have a great deal of doubt about the authority of knowledge, the ultimate meaning of value, and the permanence of truth. In the writing of the poet, the postmodern thought is introduced into the language. The authors try to seek the marginal culture to break the former paradigm, and construct the thought of the poem on the level of non core, non hierarchical and non order, thus these poems have a unique aesthetic connotationThis paper takes the postmodern poetry of Taiwan as the research object, and put it under the vision of postmodernism to review and explore the aesthetic significance and influence of these poems.Firstly, combining with Taiwan’s social and economic conditions, I analysis the characteristic of "fragmentation" in the postmodern context,as well as explore the full development of the poetry of the post-modern spirit and thought. Then, I make a systematic analysis of the postmodern poetry in Taiwan from the perspectives of language, image and meaning. From the perspective of "language",it mainly analyzes the indeterminacy of poetic language, the "gap" feature of the text structure and the fuzziness of the genre boundary; from the angle of "image", the paper mainly analyzes the fluidity and the splicing of the image in postmodern poetry,to dig out the aesthetic features of fragmentation; and from the perspective of philosophy, society and culture, "the meaning" is mainly to analyze the spiritual implication of the post modernist poetry in Taiwan, and search for the possibility of the restoration of the integrity of the post modern poetry in Taiwan. The post modernist poets of Taiwan used the philosophy of Postmodernism to resist the inherent ideological Ontology, awakening people’s traditional western thinking and interpretation for the established way of thinking, showing the profound meaning of the seemingly illusory and fragmented text game. These poems form a great reflection on the fragmented external world in the fragmented text, reflect of human society in the modern wasteland.Through the analysis of post-modern deconstruction characteristics of poetry in the image, structure, and meaning, it fully demonstrates the uncertainty principle of postmodern Poetry. From the poem, we can interpret the huge spiritual crisis and the humanistic puzzlement in the human society.
