Tibet has been an inalienable part of China since ancient times. As a sort of unique cultural resource, it has been continuously written into documents and novels by a lot of Han writers since the founding of new China. Contemporary Tibetan novels written by Han writers point to Tibetan civilization modality. It refers the literature created based on the people living in Tibet district and the stories taking place in Tibet when the Han writers go to Tibet for life experience and exploration.Served as a reflection of people' s mind and conception, literature is also closely associated with economy and sociopolitical reform at a certain time. Entering the new century, with China's accession to the WTO and the opening of the Qinghai-tibet railway, Tibet has welcomed visitors from all over the world with an open attitude,which makes the Tibetan novels written by Han writers differ than usual in literary characters.This thesis contains 3 main parts, introduction, body parts and conclusion. In the introduction part, in order to find out the new changes of Tibetan novels written by the Han writers in the new century, the author introduces three writing periods, during which the Han writers'different social and living background including identity background, the sociopolitical condition. These new changes are presented as new writer groups, new Tibetan features, and new creating appeals. In chapter two, Nature is endowed with mystery via Han writer's imagination and animal's subjectivity is extended by communication between human beings and nature. The third chapter witnesses the belief conflicts versus harmony, and belief convergence versus cross-national conversation brought about by the communication of culture confusion in Tibet. The next chapter analyzes the presentation of underlying value concept in those Tibetan novels written by Han writers in the new century. The concept of transmigration in Tibet,reflected in their narration, also makes them concentrated more on the inner world. They keep an eye on themselves and care about the essence silently, featured with slow writing. Meanwhile, vagabondage becomes a unique writing material and catches Han writers' eyes. In the last part, the author makes a conclusion on the whole thesis, and points out the great value of Tibetan novels as a kind of writing tacit and novel creating resource. At the end of this thesis, the author also analyzes the limitations of Tibetan novel creating and makes some prompts in the future.The new century witnessed the abundance of Tibetan novels written by Han writers regardless of the quantity of the Han writers or of the Tibetan novel itself. This thesis analyzed the reason why those Han writers prefer studying heterogeneous culture to the dominant culture from the perspective of various writing resources in Tibetan district. Meanwhile,the research also reveals the great value of Tibetan novels as a kind of literary pursuit for writing attitude and spirit as well as it's profound meaning for broadening literary writing resources in contemporary China under the circumstance of globalization.
