| "fang zhe +NP+bu+VP"is a frequently-used construction in modern Chinese language,which express intense subjective emotion.This thesis applies the related grammar theories to research this construction,the referred content mainly can be divided into the following four aspects:Firstly , analyzing the components of "fang zhe +NP+bu+VP"in detail. On the basis of some famous dictionaries, the writer think the meaning of "fang"which in"fang zhe +NP+bu+VP" construction is rooted in "stop to do" "shelve". In most cases,variable NP is a selectable term, which can be contrasted,but can not be placed.Variable VP mainly is single syllable word.It also appears in the form of various verb phrases. As for the relations of these components,"fang zhe" and VP both use NP as object except isolated cases.Secondly, observing the syntactic function and formal characteristic. When refers to the syntactic function of "fang zhe NP+bu+VP" construction, it often used as predicate and attribute.In addition, this construction also can be used alone, but it mainly serves as the sub-clause .In actual use,this construction will have some changes,such as NP to be advanced and omitted , the whole construction to be separated, reused and so on.A typical example is "fang zhe bu guan".Thirdly,analyzing the context distributions of this construction with the help of markedness theory. The writer thinks derogatory context is its unmarked context.The derogatory context is related to the extension of NP. It is more typical when NP is noun in this construction.Compared with specific noun, abstract noun have more subjective and symbolistic meanings.Moreover, this construction often appears with the words which express derogatory emotions. NP is the contrastive focus as well as negative focus.In the way of appearing with the contrastive components and marked components , NP moving to the unconventional place to highlight the focus.Because this construction often appears in speaking language,which also influenced by the difference of values and the grammaticalization of "fang zhe", so it can express the obvious subjectivity. This construction through three aspects, that is the angle of view,emotion, cognition of speaker to express the subjectivity.Lastly, teasing the source and development of "fang zhe+NP+bu+VP". From the Pro-Qin Period to Tang Dynasty , "fang"enters into the constructions which mean"put" as main verb,the substructures and the verb "fang" have interactions,the meaning of move develop to mean state.After these processes , especial constructions about "fang zhe"appeared during Song-Yuan period and formed in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and still developing now. |
