A Study Of Sherap Gyatso's Admonition Works

In this thesis,I mainly focused on the admonition works of Geshe Sherap Gyatso from his collected works.This thesis is consisted with three chapters;the first chapter is focused his social background and other kind of admonition works exist in Tibetan literature.In the second chapter,studied all the types of his admonition works and divided them into three categories.In the third chapter,studied the impacts of his works on Tibetan modern literature and society.The first chapter includes three ap Gyatso by using lots of reliable historical materials.parts;the first part introduced the society and family background of the Geshe SherThe second chapter consists of three parts;the first part is devoted to study the admonition works,which are related to national unity at that time.The second part is focused on his advises about how to develop a good personality and morality.The third chapter studied his writing skills and usages of grammatical methods,and the impacts of his works to Tibetan modern literature and social stability.The third chapter studied Geshe Sherap Gyatso's admonition works in the view Marx's historical materialism and introduced the benefits of his works to society and how did he follow the Tibetan Classical Literature style in his literature works.Thus,my thesis paper is mainly focused his admonition works and their impacts on the society and literature.On the other hand,it also mentioned the origin of his new thoughts and aspects of his works.As a new beginner in this field,there must lots of misunderstood and weak theories.Hope to get more comments and advises from the professors.
