| Stream is a physical phenomenon exists in natural and human society since ancient times.When the human went into the information age,digital technology transforms stream into data,the concept of data stream was born.Today’s observation streams of large numbers of geographically distributed sensors in geo-sensor networks arrive continuously at powerful servers,real-time data streams become available.Big data visualization makes interweave between technology and art more and more rich and in-depth.Many real-time data stream visualization artworks was made with esthetic value and the aesthetics needs enriched the skills of art.The first authors are not only the scientists but also the artists,even including all sectors of society.They pushed real-time data streams visualization forward real-time data streams art,and its social influence brings back the new art form.This paper will summarize the nature and history of real-time data stream art,and discuss the technical support,artistic means,social significance and aesthetic appreciation of it.The focus of this article is the aesthetic appreciation which comes from the aesthetic philosophy of Eastern culture.I tried to make a trigger point mixed with the Western and Eastern philosophy so that to bring the new artistic phenomenon a new concept after logical reasoning、induction and deduction.Although the idea was grown up in western learning,but it also approached to eastern culture.In a word,this article gives the phenomenon of real-time data stream art a new understanding and summary,and finally draws the conclusion in the two layer,one is a new art is a result of the whole world scientific and culture’s development,and real-time data stream art will have a huge space in the future;the other one is,no matter where the art born,full the world of art are the same ending,and this "return" is the "truth of beauty" in Oriental philosophy,is also the "truth of beauty" in Western philosophy,it is really good to arrival the high level of human. |
