The state can not flourish without morality,people can not stand without virtue.A country can not stand in the world of national forest for a long time,a person can not be based on the lack of morality in the community.Morality has the basic significance to the individual,as to the society.However,the current social prevalence of moral landslides,lack of integrity and other phenomena and problems are worrying.Although we continue to call on morality and advocate noble moral thoughts and behavior in community,also carry out various moral education activities to educate students to be a noble and moral person in school education,the effectiveness of moral education is still unsatisfactory.Therefore,we have to reflect on the ideas and methods of moral education,analyze of the root causes of the problem,with a view to the problem can be resolved on a breakthrough.It is based on this background,the author start thinking and exploring the problem-solving ideas and ways from Lao Tzu's “inaction” thought.The current moral education is mostly carried out in the form of moral knowledge inculcation and moral code of conduct restriction.This is a kind of man-made educational way from outside to inside.It ignores the cultivation of morality and the lack of moral experience and internalization,which leads to the ineffectiveness of current moral education.We should follow the nature of the development of things,follow the laws of human development,and refuse the violation of the nature of things and human and “excessive man-made”,otherwise it will backfire.Lao Tzu's thought of doing nothing is precisely pointed out the current moral education problem,which reveals that moral education should be carried out in accordance with the moral development.Moral education doesn't mean to learn the moral concept and moral behavior norms as a static knowledge,it stresses that moral education methods can be carried out by reducing the desire and enhancing the moral experience.On the contrary,it is bound to be difficult to achieve results.This paper is divided into three parts: The first part introduces the essence of Lao Tzu's“inaction thought”:“conform to nature”,“no disturb”,“Non-omission”,“do moderately”,“reduce the desire”.The second part analyzes the problems in the current school moral education and the dilemma facing the moral education moralization---the distortion of moral education life and the standardization of moral education.The third part puts forward the idea and path of moral education under the guidance of “inaction”thought;Firstly,moral education should follow the process of the moral development,protect people's moral nature and respect human nature;Secondly,it is necessary to dilute the method of moral knowledge indoctrination in moral education,recognize moral knowledge's limited function for the moral development,moraleducation is the united process of knowledge,love,meaning and action,virtue mostly develops in practice,so doing more than saying is needed;Thirdly,we should pay attention to the use of moral education methods of impairment of desire,carefully use moral model education,but also should pay attention to guiding moral behavior out of the heart;Fourthly,moral education should highlight the characteristics of experience,moral education must pay attention to students' moral practice experience;Last but not least,moral education can not control and bind students for the purpose and putting down the rules to act,so that the external ethical norms can become the inner individual's moral quality.
