Research On The Fragmentation Of Land In The Song Dynasty Under The Relationship Of Property Rights

Land fragmentation refers to the distribution of land in the form of ownership as a small,non contiguous distribution,not the fragmentation of natural phenomena.Sui and Tang Dynasties land fragmentation phenomenon began to appear,due to the implementation of the granting of farmland system,the upper aristocratic manor contiguous,the lower part of the people of the land appeared small fragmentation phenomenon.The two Song Dynasty,land fragmentation is gradually forming,both officials and people have tended to land fragmentation distribution,and ultimately the formation of three kinds of land fragmentation patterns: complicated type,"house" isolation and separation of mixed type,a field Nayoro production.With the maturity of the land market,land transactions increasingly active,leading to rising land prices.Most people cannot afford to buy a piece of land,the land will be split to sell,and the seller rather than on the other ancestral land,in order to survive,the land will be part of the sell,causing property rights under the present land fragmentation distribution.And follow the fairness of the household division,the principle,resulting in the segmentation process,fertilizer barren land is unceasingly mix,resulting in land scattered.With the massive population growth,per capita arable land quantity is compressed constantly,especially the two after the Song Dynasty,in the proportion of customers continue to rise,resulting in per capita arable land became increasingly inadequate,thus speeding up the process of land fragmentation,various factors that led to the property rights of land,was artificially scattered,the adverse effects of on the political economy,firmly mapping at the time of the production life of the people.This paper focuses on the formation process of land fragmentation,as well as to explore the role of many factors on land fragmentation,to discuss the impact of land fragmentation on the two Song society and the Chinese society in the future.
