Filial piety is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,"Filial piety is the most important of all virtues ",has been followed by the Chinese people as the human relations concept and maxim on managing a household.The family is the cell of the society,and the harmony and stability of the family is very important to the whole society.For the past two thousand years,the contribution of the filial piety to the harmony and stability of family and society in China is immeasurable.On the development history of filial piety in China,the theory of filial piety has been gradually matured before the Song Dynasty.However,this theory remained in the "classics" the height of ethics belongs to the "elite" level,and to live in society at the grass-roots level of ordinary people,filial piety cognition and practice the situation is still a lot of questions,in the relatively backward level,especially in the aspect of filial piety the lack of operational norms.Along with the change of science to the Song Dynasty,some thinkers,politicians,writers and community leaders started to focus on the transformation from theory to practice filial piety,filial piety,filial piety become a pioneer model explorer and practice of family filial piety.As a typical model of carrier,family education practice of Filial Piety--family instructions,is born in this background."Family instructions " refers to the father of children,the parents of the family patriarch,of Serbs and other teachings,he is the characteristic part of Chinese traditional culture and Ancient Chinese Literature Search.Although there have been similar family of this book in the Song Dynasty,such as Liu Bang’s "Shouchitaizi",Zhu Geliang’s "Jiezishu",YanZhitui’s "Yanshijiafan",Li Shimin’s "Difan",but the Song Dynasty is the prosperous period of family instructions.The abundance and the diversity of the Song Dynasty family instructions,not only expanding and advance in promoting filial piety,but also setting up a bridge from theory to practice filial piety.These family instructions make filial piety achieve folk and popular to the moral theory through practicing mode off the fine,drop small,the implementation of family member’s behavior,make the abstract filial piety penetration,spread to the public,as a guide to the ordinary family ethical life.This paper discusses the thought of filial piety in the Song Dynasty family instructions,focusing on Fan Zhongyan’s "filial piety to" thought of Si Maguang,"not Jing Zhen" thought,Zhu Xi "Shunde" the filialpiety thought of Yuan Cai,"honest" thought.The family instructions in the Song Dynasty not only contains abundant thought of filial piety,but also contains an effective mode of practice.This paper summarized and refined the model,are to"respect" and "honesty","parents" as the soul;to "audio words" "ritual" as "the road";"contingency" to "the law" to honor the real story of filial piety;infection,children education the feeling of reverence for his ancestors;"let filial piety,filial piety from manifest forever.The thought of filial piety in the Song Dynasty family instructions has played a positive role in the cultivation of the atmosphere on respecting the old and in promoting the stable and harmonious of the society.However,some negative impacts also existed,for example,one side of the "authority" has ignored the independent personality of the children,too much "Shun" has caused the affection barrier of the family,the loss of "filial piety" has caused the blind devotion to their parents,and so on.In current China,filial piety is facing severe challenges,We should learn from the traditional family instructions,especially draw nutrition from the filial piety of the family instructions in the Song Dynasty,learn from their effective mode of practicing filial piety,make every family a warm harbor,make the whole society become a harmonious home.
