Research On The Development Characteristics Of Self-protection Consciousness Of 3-6 Years Old Children

Preschool children ’s life safety,as an important condition,ensure the development of children’ s physical and mental health.Self-protection consciousness is the awareness and attention of harm to themselves.It concludes what behaviors,or objects and what kind of situation will harm them.Relative to the excessive protection of adults,the level of children’s self-protection awareness can not only ensure the development of children’s physical and mental health,but also contribute to the harmonious development of family and society.However,in rencent years,investigations put more focus on the situation and strategies of self-production,while they ignore the children self-production conciousness.Based on the above theoretical and realistic conditions,this study uses test method,interview method and observation method.180 children from 3 to 6 years old were randomly selected as subjects of this study.This thesis aims to explore the developmental characteristics of self-protection consciousness of 3-6 year old children and strengthen the understanding and attention of children and children’s self-protection consciousness.The results of this study are as follows:First,the level of self-production awareness of children from 3 to 6 develops well,but the level of psychological self-protection awareness is low.Second,it makes a significant difference of age in self-production awareness of children from 3to 6.Third,it makes a significant difference of gender in self-production awareness of children from 3to 6.Therefore,we make the following suggestions:First,making good living environment and varieties of activities to improve children’s psychological self-protection awareness.Second,we should pay more attention to the development of chilren’s self-production consciousnes.Third,we should respect differences in gender of children’s self-protection awareness.
