| The image of children in children’s movies from 1949 to 1966 is different from that before 1949 and after the reform and opening-up in the aspects of character type,value expression,cultural connotation and aesthetic significance.It forms a unique discourse system of children’s image and distinctive features,that is,the image of children in New China,which is expected to be created in children’s movies in the period of "Seventeen Years".As the focus of history,children’s images are analyzed and studied in detail from the aspects of character types,shaping strategies and existing problems,and their enlightenment to the current domestic children’s movies and their character shaping is summarized and rethought.This paper is divided into five parts to complete.The introduction is mainly to clarify the background and significance of the topic selection,to sort out and summarize the previous scholars for the topic research status and research summary,to introduce the research methods and main research contents of the paper,and to clarify the concept of children’s movies.The first chapter combs the development process of children’s films in the "Seventeen Years" period.The second chapter discusses the main types of children’s images in children’s movies during the "Seventeen Years".Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the film texts,the children’s images of children’s movies from 1949 to 1966 are divided into three categories: red heroes,advanced and typical young pioneers and rebuilt stubborn ones according to the theme style and text content,and the children’s images with different characteristics of each type are thoroughly discussed and exemplified.The third chapter elaborates the strategies and methods of creating children’s images in children’s movies in the period of "seventeen years".From the narrative point of view,there are two main growth modes of children’s films in the "Seventeen Years" period: self-growth of characters and "advanced help lagging behind".From the audio-visual language,we should use a lively tone of voice,carols,costume props and props.Visual and audiovisual techniques,such as the overall tone of the picture and the movement of the lens,are used to create children’s images.The fourth chapter summarizes the main problems existing in children’s movies during the "Seventeen Years" period.The concluding part re-examines the gains and losses of the "Seventeen Years" children’s movies in image-building and its significance,and clarifies the importance of theoretical research on children’s image,with a view to achieving a balance between artistic aesthetics and education in the creation of children’s films in the new era,and promoting the healthy and steady development of children’s movies. |
