| “Liulin Flower Drum”, also called “Liulin YangKo”, which is a kind of folk dance popular in Guanxian of Shandong Liaocheng. In 2006, it was first listed in the Directory of intangible Cultural Inheritance in Shandong. In 2008. Liulin Flower Drum has been listed as the second batch of intangible cultural inheritance in China. There was a tale said Liulin Flower Drum was originated from the initial years of Qing dynasty, which has undergone more than 400 years. The acting elements are the combination of arts and dance. And the main accompaniment instrument are the waist drum and a small gong. As a result, it formed a unique style which involves local characteristics. In recent years, it has been similar with local operas and other folk art, such as dance. So it is facing the risk of lost. However, with the support of the local government, Liulin Flower Drum has met a new way of inheriting and developing direction. This dissertation focuses on the study of entering of Liulin Flower Drum into higher education dancing class. It will analyze the character images, the fixed actions of different props and the structure of all action element, and analyze are there any training value of Flower Drum to enter the class of College students’ folk dance----besides its value of heritage. Moreover, it will discuss the possibility to develop Liulin Flower Drum to reach the aesthetic needs of nowadays and shift from the original ecological folk forms to stagecraft. Then the dissertation will find out how to extract local features that suits for the stage aesthetic, extracting and sublimating the most outstanding and representative elements, forming a system and find the methods to help the shifts of Liulin Flower Drum from folk to class and finally to stage.This dissertation consists of five chapters, and in which the second, third and fourth chapters are more significant. The first chapter mainly records the process of the generation, the inheritance and performing patterns of Liulin Flower Drum. The second chapter analyzes the representative movement of Liulin Flower Drum from a degree of property. Through the method of deconstruction and re-deconstruction, the third chapter takes examples by the process of transforming folk dances of Han nationality to the textbook of dance to separate each of the property and movement to elements, find the similarity and characteristic through the dancing style. Then through analyzing the movement, the glamour, the changing and concluding and the connection, it finally refine the remarkable and valuable method of drilling. The fourth chapter mainly alters the “ground folk dance”, which contains the character of popularity, self-entertainment and utility to “representative folk dance”, which is featured as dramatic, performing, stylish and canonical. The fifth chapter narrates people’s psychology of beauty-appreciation which inherited from Chinese folk dance which has integrates people’s spirit of time into it. Chinese folk dance sublimates the reality life to a brand new dancing pattern and becomes more vitalized. |
