Xiao Xiaoxuan's Research On Personnel Psychology

Xiao Xiao-rong is a famous modern Chinese psychologist, as a professor of psychology at National Central University, and later served as director of the department of psychology, psychology research director and other duties. He has participated in and presided over the creation of a number of academic research institutions, such as the China Institute of testing, the Chinese Mental Health Association, the Chinese Psychological Society, the Chinese Personnel Psychological Research Community,in which as an important position. Xiao Xiao-rong's research field is wide, and has made important contributions in the fields of Gestalt psychology, developmental psychology, educational psychology, abnormal psychology, personnel psychology, military psychology and so on. In this paper, the writer uses literature analysis method to research on the modern history of psychology in China as a clue, at the same time, contacting with the background of the times, in a systematic and comprehensive study and explore the contribution made in personnel psychology of Xiao Xiao-rong.
