Sheng as one of the oldest Musical Instruments in China, in many of the poems were recorded in historical documents, ancient books. Its unique harmony characteristics showing of be particular about \ "harmony\" in the Chinese traditional aesthetics. The development of ancient sheng curve is relatively single, more for accompaniment and participate in the ensemble performance form. From the new set up more than half a century has developed rapidly in China, different style of the genre emerge in endlessly, has formed the situation in which flowers. In the 20 th century, especially since the 50 s, with the continuous reform of Musical Instruments,phoneme and perfect, sheng qu from playing style, performance skills appear having a unique style of development 1situation.In this paper, based on the developing course of sheng, key frame in the 20 th century, the research on the sheng instrument performance, creation and improvement of famous performers, composers, and they have made outstanding contributions of some representative works. The fusion of folk music elements with western composing techniques and modern sheng qu, the traditions in sheng qu style technique and Chinese traditional music culture on the basis of further development.Work is novel, rich contents, various and complex, have much stronger expression and appeal. Of course, the author in collecting data, interviews, and in the whole process of thesis writing, also deeply feel the high quality of sheng qu works or not,related to sheng qu's works, the development history of or insufficient system.The author divided into preface, text and epilogue three parts. Introduction is the main content of this thesis topic selection purpose, research significance.
