Shishuoxinyu is compiled by Liu Yiqing in Southern Song.It recorded a lot of celebrities' words and deeds.This article explores various stylistic features of Shishuoxinyu from the note-style point of view.This article is divided into six parts,besides exordium and concluding remarks,the main part consists of four chapters.Exordium: This part mainly summarizes the researches of the Note-style,its definition and classification,and the discussion about the literary style of Shishuoxinyu,and explain the significance of this article.Chapter 1: Analysis on Note-style.The Note-style's definition is ambiguous because it's sepcial.So if we want to study Note-style,we must clarify the definition and tease out the features of the Note-style,and make its developing process clear.Therefore we can define the Note-style.Chapter 2: The fictional characteristics.The content of Shishuoxinyu is fictional,so it was called a novel because of its content having obvious fictional characteristics.And these characteristics mainly reflected in the characters,the shape of the story's plot and writing functions,etc.This chapter analysis the fictoinal characteristics of Shishuoxinyu in deep from the text.Chapter 3: The historical characteristics.This chapter includes three parts: the background of creation,the source of materials and the value of historical materials.Why did Liu Yiqing compile Shishuoxinyu?
