Research On The Radiation Pattern Of Theater Community Culture In Art Colleges

This paper is a study on the model Art College theatre community cultural radiation pattern which is based on my theoretical study and professional practice. The study is under the instruction of the thought of speech on Forum on Art. The main idea is to take art colleges as a bond, relying on the resources of Art Colleges, to interact with surrounding community residents by various art popularization activities. Build the reciprocity mechanism between art colleges and the surrounding communities. To rich cultural and spiritual life of community residents, and guide the art of Art College developing into life and rooting in the masses. I want to focus on a universal way to establish widely available mode, provide ways and means of communication and cooperation for art colleges and mass art.This paper quoted the world famous management philosophy Chung—Ying Cheng's "C theory" management model as the theoretical support, philosophy Chinese traditional culture and thoughts as a guide, take the five elements of dialectical thinking mode of I Ching as theoretical framework, deepening the theory and application of inquiry mode on the basis of practice. Mr. Cheng created "C theory" with Chinese traditional culture as the foundation of management theory, which is based on the experience of Chinese culture and history, on the basis of Chinese Philosophy, thinking and answering questions about modern management. The author chooses "C theory" as the theoretical support of this model, intending to combine the Chinese traditional management theory with the art management theory, and exploring more applicable art management methods to China's national conditions.In addition, in order to enhance the feasibility and operability of Art College theatre community cultural radiation pattern, this mode absorbs and draws lessons from the way and method of a large number of popular art activities, and deeply research and compare the behavior of art colleges and universities to participate in the construction of community culture and art, to finally present a scientific and feasible Art College theatre community cultural radiation pattern.
