| In China,community is the foundation of development and prosperity of socialist culture cause and the effective management of grass-root governments is beneficial to better community culture.In this paper,we take G street of Hebei district in Tianjin as an example to make researches on cultural development and management of community in the new era and new situation,so as to promote development efficiency and services of community culture through management on community culture,make full play to the management functions of grass-root culture management departments,positively and effectively guide the development of community culture,give play to the positive role of culture infrastructure,meet the cultural demands of community residents and actively push socialist community culture development.Firstly,under the background of adhering to Xi Jinping’s thought of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era and theory of co-governance and combined with field investigation,demands of residents in G community for community culture are found and restrictions and obstacles of participation in community cultural life for community residents is identified in this paper,taking the form of field investigation.And then,with the help of questionnaire investigation,we get to know their satisfactions on community management and expectation to improvements.Secondly,through the methods of sorting out the problems in the management process analyzing social conditions brought about by realistic problems,the analysis of factors which have an influence on culture management mode in G community,in forms of empirical research,the influential factors to restrict community culture service are illustrated.At the same time,in the process of research,this paper combines the questionnaire survey,analyzes the factors that cause problems,measures the mechanism and weight of various factors,and finally finds the core factors and reasons that restrict the community cultural management.Finally,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the community cultural management,we seek out new thoughts and methods to promote community culture management,come up with specific improvement plan and methods,implement these new management methods and construct integral and effective community culture management systems.And,through the improvement of management level to promote sound development of community culture,we have positively promoted the socialist community civilization development so that people’s demands for culture are met and moral cultivation and quality of community residents is improved. |
