| ObjectiveThrough applying the inner heating needle,observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis(LOA for short).To provide a reliable basis for further in-depth study of inner heating needle in the treatment of LOA.MethodsThe study was collected from April 2017 to November 2017 at Dongzhimen Hos pital and Dongzhimen Hospital(International Department)of Traditional Chinese edicine.Included in the standard LOA patients,the use of internal heat acupuncture treatme nt,1 times a week,a total of 3 times.Respectively,before the treatment,after the 1th treatment,after the end of the 2nd treatment,the end of the 3rd treatment,after the use of Pain visual assessment Form,visual analogue Scale(VAS),Japan Orthopaedic As sociation(JOA)evaluation of lumbar dysfunction.Statistical software is used to SRSS20.0 the collected data.Results1The study included 40 patients,male 10(25%)and female 30(75%).The average age of 61.63±8.37,45-70 years old,the average age of men 65.20±4.80years old,the average age of women is 60.43±8.57 years old.The average course 3.45±6.55 years,the shortest 2 months,the longest 10 years,the average course of 3.57±5.43 years in males,the average duration of 3.41 ±6.59 years in female patients.Clinical syndrome differentiation type,mainly manifested in 28 cases of cold and wet lumbago(70%,male 6 cases,female 22 cases),2 cases of damp-heat lumbago(5%,female 2 cases),kidney deficiency lumbago 10 cases(25%,male 4 cases,female 6 cases).2Evaluation of curative effect:(1)VAS Score value before treatment(5.19±0.68),1 wee ks after treatment(3.99±1.50),2 weeks after treatment(2.95± 1.48),3 weeks after treatm ent(2.95± 1.48).After treatment compared with the data before treatment,repeated mea surements of data show,1 after a week P<0.001,the difference was statistically signifi cant;2 after a week P=0.027<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;3 after a week P=0.449>0.05,no significant difference,no statistical significance.(2)JOA Score va lue before treatment(17.93±3.72),1 weeks after treatment(21.77±3.39),2 weeks after tr eatment(22.88±2.67),3 weeks after treatment(22.97±4.16).After treatment compared wi th the data before treatment,repeated measurements of data show,1 after a week P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant;2 after a week P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant;3 after a week P=0.152>0.05,no significant difference,no s tatistical significance.(3)VAS effectiveness of the results showed that clinical control in3 cases,the effect of 25 cases,effective 6 cases,ineffective 6 cases,effective rate o f 85%.(3)JOA effectiveness of the results showed that 2 cases were cured,the effect of 10 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 12 cases,effective rate of treatment was 70%.3 Safety evaluation:the inner heating needle treatment of LOA disease has high safety,no adverse reactions.Conclusion1The effect of inner heating needle on improving pain and limiting function of L OA patients was significant.2The treatment of LOA diseases with inner heating needle can quickly relieve pa in,improve activity limitation,no adverse events occur,high safety,and worthy of cli nical popularization. |
