Research On The Inheritance And Development Characteristics Of Palace Tendon Management Based On Grounded Theory

Objective:To explore the core code for the inheritance and development of Gongting Li Jin Shu,and to set up a theoretical framework to guide clinical and scientific research.Method:This study collects the literature data of the experts of the inheritance of Gongting Li Jin Shu and the interview data from April 2017 to January 2018.According to the research methods of the rooted theory,the collected and analyzed data as far as possible meet the requirements of information saturation.The operating process of the rooted theory generally includes three levels of coding,namely,first-level coding,secondary coding,and tertiary coding.The researcher directly analyzes the data to produce "themes" and combs out the main genera and subclasses.Through the continuous comparison between genera,the main codes covering all genera are produced.The researchers follow the principles of induction to ensure that each genus or subgenus is rooted in the original data.Through the three-level coding research method,the researchers repeatedly analyzed the textual data and interview data related to the inheritance experts of the court tendons,and obtained the core code for the inheritance and development of the court tendons,and set up a theoretical framework.And through the analysis of the "nine steps and eight points method" to verify the theoretical framework of Gongting Li Jin Shu.Resullts:The frame structurce of Gongting Li Jin Shu has two main categories,including inheritance and development.The inheritance of Gongting Li Jin Shu can be divided into two subcategories:the inheritance characteristics and the theoretical system.Inheriting characteristics can be divided into two main codes:one is that de is more important than technology.the another is the interation of theony and practice;The aim of medical ethics is to save lives and eliminate the patient's illness.It is embodied in four aspects:benevolence,harmony,refinement and cheap.The necessary quality of the experts for the inheritance of good medical ethics is a necessary condition for maintaining the good relationship between teachers and students,colleagues and doctors and patients.The theoretical system is divided into four main codes:"theory","law","treatment" and "effect".The theoretical system of Gongting Li Jin Shu is to study the anatomy,physiology and pathology of the human body under the guidance of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,to make diagnosis of the dialectical analysis of disease,to formulate appropriate treatment,the treatment effect is standard to measure the dialectical diagnosis and treatment plan.Development categories include inheritance as the basis for development,integration of traditional medicine with modern medicine and innovation.The inheritance of the theory and technology of traditional Gongting Lijin Shu is the foundation of development.The combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine is the need of medical development,and innovation is the real demand of the succession and development of Gongting Li Jin Shu.Interactions and synergies between categories and subcategories can produce or improve treatment outcomes.The core value of the inheritance and development of Gongting Li Jin Shu is to achieve good clinical effect.
