Electroacupuncture Treats The Clinical Study Of Anxiety Disorder After Stroke From "heart And Brain"

Objective:We aimed to evaluate the efficiency of "heart and brain" electro-acupuncture treatment in patients with post-stroke anxiety disorders anxiety..We can evaluate the clinical efficacy of the electro-acupuncture treatment,providing reliable data for the promotion and applications of electro-acupuncture treatment of PS AD.Methods:1.67 patients who met PSAD diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomized into electroacupuncture group(35 cases)and drug group(32 cases).Enrolled patients underwent a 4-week treatment and one-month follow-up after the treatment.All participantsunderwent basic treatment after stroke.2.Electro-acupuncture group:(1)Acupoints:Baihui(DU20),Fengfu(DU16),Xinshu(BL15),Shenmen(HT7).(2)The needle tools:sterile,stainless,single-use needles(Andy,Guizhou,China)without guide tubes.Specifications for 0.25mm×40mm,0.25mmx25mm.(3)Operations:Patients were told to lying in a prone position.Baihui:flatly stabing 0.5-1 inch;Fengfu:the lower jaw slowly 0.5-1 inch;Xinshu:obliquely stabing 0.5-0.8 inch toward the spine;Shenmen:straightly piercing 0.3-0.5 inch.All of the points were given mild reinforcing-reducing method until the"Deqi"sensation is elicited.Then Baihui and Fengfu connected to a set of electro-acupuncture needles,affected side Xinshu and Shenmen received a set of electro-acupuncture needles,then Baihui and Shenmen are connected to the cathode,Fengfu and Xinyu are connected to the anode.Dialatational wave was chosen and the frequency was 20 Hz and the intensity was based on patients’tolerance.The needles were retained for 20 minutes in every session.(4)course of treatment:3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks.3.Drug group:(l)paroxetine hydrochloride tablets(Huahai Pharmaceutical,Zhejiang).Participants were asked to take 10mg after breakfast every day for the first four days and take 20mg after breakfast every day on the fifth day.(2)course of treatment:4 weeks.4.0bserving indicators:The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Clinical Global Impression(CGI),The barthel index of ADL(BI),and safety evaluation of patients before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease and education time between intervention and control groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The scores of HAMA,BI,and SI before treatment were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05).2.1n HAMA,somatic anxiety and mental anxiety,there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Then the results of the study suggest that the electro-acupuncture group and the drug group have similar efficacy in the treatment of PS AD.The scores of HAMA,somatic symptoms and psychotic symptoms before and after treatment in the electroacupuncture group were significantly different(P<0.05).The electro-acupuncture group has a significant effect in improving the anxiety of the PSAD patients.The scores of HAMA,somatic anxiety and mental anxiety of the electro-acupuncture group before and follow-up the treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the follow-up and after treatment(P>0.05).Electroacupuncture has a sustained therapeutic effect on PSAD patients and has long-term efficacy.3.There was no significant difference in the BI score between the electroacupuncture group and the drug group before and after treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that both can significantly improve the patient’s somatic function.The BI scores before and after treatment in the electroacupuncture group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05),suggesting that electroacupuncture can effectively improve the physical function of patients with PSAD.The BI scores of the electroacupuncture group before,after treatment and follow-up the treatment were all significantly different(P<0.05).The long-term effect of electroacupuncture on recovery of physical function in patients is significant.4.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the post-treatment El scale(P<0.05).After compared with the drug group,the electro-acupuncture group had less adverse reactions and less adverse reactions.And more preferable to patients.Conclusions:Electro-acupuncture is an effective method for treating anxiety disorders after stroke,which significantly improves the symptoms of patients with anxiety and recovers the patients’ limb function.It’s worth of further clinical research.
