| Objecetive:By acupuncture and western medicine "tong du an shen"paroxetine in the treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorders randomized controlled study,evaluation "tong du an shen" the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorders,working time and safety.Methods:Seventy patients who were diagnosed with post-stroke anxiety disorders were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups.Treatment group was given acupuncture method,"tong du an shen" choose acupuncture Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Yin tang,Shuigou,Danzhong,Shenmen,Neiguan,mild reinforcing-attenuating.The control group gave oral hydrochloric acid paroxetine tablets,one time per day,10 mg per day,four days a day,and 20 mg per day.Course of 4 weeks.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment,including the treatment of the basic drugs for stroke and the routine needle therapy for improving limb function(not taking the door of god and the inner cavity).Two groups of patients in the treatment of 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks for a Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),the Zung,s anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),to evaluate the effect of post-stroke anxiety disorder and treatment effect of the time.With Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)three factors(including mental anxiety factor,body anxiety factor and sleep factor)score to refine the acupuncture treatment group advantage.The safety of the treatment group and control group was assessed using the response scale(TESS).Results:1.Clinical efficacy evaluation:(1)Two groups of patients were given a four-week HAMA rating comparison:There was no difference between the two groups of patients treated with the HAMA scale,and the P>0.05was comparable.After four weeks of treatment,both groups had significantly lower HAMA scores(P<0.05),both of which significantly improved the anxiety symptoms of PSAD patients.After four weeks of treatment,the HAMA scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05)in the treatment group and the control group,and the two groups were equally effective.(2)Two groups of patients were treated for four weeks after treatment:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 82.9 percent,the total efficiency of the control group was 80.0%,the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05,and the two groups were equally effective.(3)Two groups of patients were compared with four weeks of HAMA:There was no difference between the two groups of patients who were treated with the HAMA 3 factors,and the P>0.05 was comparable.4 weeks after treatment HAMA mental anxiety factor,factor and somatic anxiety factor score of sleep than before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),the two kinds of therapy can obviously improve the PSAD patients of mental anxiety symptoms,somatic anxiety symptoms and sleep quality.4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group and control group between HAMA mental anxiety factor and sleep factor scores have no obvious difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance,two groups in improving the mental anxiety symptoms and sleep quality of curative effect.And 4 weeks after treatment,the treatment group and control group in HAMA somatic anxiety factor scores have significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group was better than control group in improving physical anxiety symptoms.(4)Two groups of patients were compared to the four weeks SAS scale scores:There was no difference between the two groups of patients treated with the SAS scale,and the P>0.05 was comparable.After four weeks of treatment,the SAS scores were significantly lower in both groups(P<0.05),both of which significantly improved the anxiety symptoms of PSAD patients.Four weeks after treatment,the treatment group had no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the SAS score in the control group(P>0.05),and the two groups were equally effective.2.Evaluate the validity time(1)Treatment group after 1 week,HAMA,SAS scores than before treatment significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group after treatment for 1 week,which has obvious curative effect on PSAD.Compared with the control group,the two scales were lower in the first week after treatment,but the difference was not significant,no statistically significant,P>0.05.2weeks after treatment,the control group HAMA,SAS score was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,which indicates that the control group after treatment for 2 weeks are enforced,prompt treatment group of anxiety disorders than the control group take effect quickly.(2)Treatment group 1 week after treatment,the body anxiety factor score than before treatment show significant difference(P<0.05),were very significant differences between treatment 2 weeks,and the difference compared with the control group(P<0.05),the treatment group in improving somatic anxiety in 1 week of work,namely an advantage than the control group.In the two groups in terms of mental anxiety factor,sleep factor both in treatment 2 weeks before a cure score appeared significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting is two week effect in the treatment of the two groups,and the curative effect is quite(P>0.05).3.Safety evaluationUsing TESS scale adverse event,as a result,in the process of treatment,drug control group a total of 7cases with adverse reactions,drug group,20%of the total,dry mouth appeared in 2 cases,1 case appeared dizziness,constipation in 3 cases,sleepiness,appeared in 1 case.There was no adverse reaction in the acupuncture treatment group,only 1 had subcutaneous hematoma,but there were no needles,pins,needles,infection,etc.Conclusion:1."Tong du an shen" acupuncture treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorders with the western medicine control group in the near future curative effect,both can obviously improve the symptoms of anxiety in the patients with anxiety disorders after stroke.2."Tong du nerves" acupuncture treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorders work earlier than western medicine control group.3."Tong du nerves" method of acupuncture and western medicine control group can obviously improve the mental anxiety symptoms of post-stroke anxiety disorder and body symptoms of anxiety and sleep,but in improving body anxiety symptom curative effect is superior to western medicine control group and work time.4."Tong du nerves" security is better than western medicine control group acupuncture method. |
