Relevant data show that China has entered the aging society at the early 20th century,and aging trend in population is increasingly aggravating,the overall health status of the elderly is not satisfactory and the elderly care is deficient.What we need topay more attention to is actively maximizing the elderly's own survival function.Especially,if the elderly can improve their alertness,know some basic regimen knowledge,and strengthen their own health exercise,they would be resistant to diseases and even prolong life over time.In health care,Chinese medicine covers rich theory and practical experience.There are many medical books and literature,which record many effective ways and measures.They are the quintessence of generations of doctors and health experts,which make tremendous contribution to the Chinese people's health care and prolonged life.For example,Sun Simiao,a doctor in Tang dynasty,had been weak since born,almost run out of all property to treat his illness.As a result,he devoted himself in medicine,paid special attention to his daily health,so his disease could be treated in time and finally took a turn for the better and be out of danger,and recovered more physical strength.He passed away when he was more than 100 years old.It's rare for his longevity at the time of poor material living and medical treatment conditions.He almost read and studied all the medical books,wrote Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang,which are combined with the works and theories of many doctors from the publication of NeiJing to Sui and Tang dynasties,and also his personal experience.His books contain the living experience of many old people,acting as a connecting link between the preceding and the following on the elderly health care,so studying his thought of the elderly care has practical significance.Sun Simiao's thought of elderly health touched upon every aspects of life,such as the old man's temperament regulation,diet,exercise,daily living,hygienic conditions,and even sexual inter course.There are lots of discussions about how to keep fit for the old people in his Qian Jin YiFang,Temperament Cultivation,Qian Jin YiFang,Retirement and Liviny,Qian Jin Yifang,Invigoration,Qian Jin YaoFang,FoodTherapy,Qian Jin YaoFang,Temperament Cultivationand so on.The author synthesizes Sun's elderly care thought,deeply studies the practice approach,method,manner and the corresponding concept of elderly care,adopts philology and theoretical comprehensive analysis method,consults Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang,and collects monograph and documents about Sun's elderly health in the later generations,summarizes Sun Simiao's brilliant insight and approaches in the elderly health,which involves basic necessities of life.Some of these methods are analyzed through combination with Chinese medicine theory and modern scientific understanding.The author tries to supplement the shortage of predecessors' research,provides reference for the elderly health care.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:?.Cultivate the virtue,spirit and temperament to protect the pheuma.This contains three levels of meaning:1.Cultivate one's morality and virtueSomeone analyzes,a moral man can control the cerebral cortex of excitement and inhibition in relatively stable way,have normal secretion of active substance such as the enzyme and acetylcholine,can make the hormone release increased,strengthen the neural activity in the brain,so it can be anti-aging,and helpful to health.2.Cherish the vital essence and spiritThe activity of emotions is based on the material foundation of the five viscera.Proper emotional activity is the normal psychological activity of human beings.Otherwise,if the mood is disturbed,it can affect the visceral air machine,which can lead to the diseases caused by the onset of abnormal condition,obstruction of meridian,disharmony between qi and blood,and the imbalance Yang.Modern medicine thinks,the interaction between matter and energy betweenon the earth produced the conditions of life.Man.take food according to the rule of seasons to maintain normal metabolic heart-to-heart talk with people,and avoid loneliness.The housing should be sealed,indoor hygienic,and the surroundings are beautiful.Second,the aspect of living:the elders should adjudge his or her daily life corresponding the changes of seasons,according to time,location and their own specific circumstances,set a schedule for work and rest.?.Pay attention to hygiene,resist pathogenic factors and preventdiseaseImmune function decreased in the elderly,the ability of resisting pathogenic factors invaded,so be sure to do a good job in personal hygiene,including clothing,eating,bathing,incense,etc.Paying attention to personal hygiene,not only can keep health and reduce disease,it can also improve the body health,avoid infringement of wind,wet and various kinds of pathogens,and prevent disease,so it's very important for the elders.?.Sexual life benefits kidney and keeps your energy levels highSexual life is an important content of Sun Simiao's endowment ideas,its connotation includes:1.Not to put an end to sexual desire.Sex life is a normal physiological and psychological response,moderate sex life can make you happy,relieve stress,improve refined.Finally a prospect combining with actual situation is made,and my own little humble opinions are put forward,hoping it's useful as a reference for the development of health care for elders.
