"homotherapy for heteropathy " is one of the basic principles of TCM treatment. It has extensive clinical practice. It has played a huge role in the development of Chinese medicine and will continue to promote the further development of Chinese medicine. The current research on " homotherapy for heteropathy " is mainly based on the combination of disease and syndromes and on the basis of the theory of pathogenicity, and there are still some deficiencies in respect of the basic biological research of this theory. The current research in medicine and life sciences has been increasingly transformed into systems theory, and system biology is consistent with the concept of the whole concept of Chinese medicine.System biology and biological network analysis are still in the embryonic stage in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, but they have already made many progresses in TCM syndromes, prescription analysis and so on.The individual constitution is the basis for"homotherapy for heteropathy" and is the best conjunction of systems biology and traditional Chinese medicine,so from the individual constitution point of view, systems biology will be combined with different diseases, molecular biology mechanism of different diseases as a whole, will be helpful to provide scientific basis for TCM theory of treating different diseases and also provide new ideas for the treatment of different diseases. The purpose of this paper is to use the biological molecular network to analyze the common biological basis of phlegm-related diseases, explore the molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine for"homotherapy for heteropathy" based on modern theory, and provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases, and make contribution to traditional Chinese medicine theories going to the world. The main contents of this paper include the following three parts:Firstly, apply entity grammar system to build the biological networks of phlegm-dampness constitution related diseases and construct functional analysis, try to find the same biological pathways between different diseases, further investigation and analysis of the biological pathways of different diseases were carried out and a common pathway hypothesis was put forward; Then, the basic prescription for conditioning physical condition was selected as the research carrier, and the entity grammar system was used to construct the chemical composition-target-disease biological network of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, and the mechanism analysis of the different diseases related to the prescription treatment of the constitution was conducted, and the hypothesis proposed above was demonstrated; Finally, based on the proposed hypothesis pathway, the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines were identified. The molecular docking technology was used to conduct virtual screening of the compounds in the other agent, and the potential active ingredients were screened to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.Through the above work, this article puts forward the hypothesis that "PI3K-Akt signaling pathway is a common pathway for traditional Chinese medicine to treat phlegm-dampness related physical diseases and related diseases".The mechanism of conditioning phlegm-specific prescriptions is used to analyze the mechanism of action, and the rationality of the hypothesis is verified.,And through the molecular docking technology to screen out the potential active ingredients in the prescription that may activate the above common pathway to treat related diseases.
