Observation And Treatment Of Abnormal Balgham Hysteromyoma And Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands Based On The Method Of Homotherapy For Heteropathy To Different Diseases

Objective: Observation,treatment and evaluating the curative effect of abnormal balgham hysteromyoma and hyperplasia of mammary glands by using abnormal balgham munziq,musihel and aifeimigao to illustrate the principle,and provide a clinical basis for the effectiveness and feasibility of the method of homotherapy for heteropathy to different diseases.Method: 60 cases were collected according to diagnostic criteria of abnormal balgham hysteromyoma combined with hyperplasia of mammary glands patients.And the general data of the patients and indexes in the above were recorded and the statistical test was carried out to analyze,and evaluating the curative effect for the disease by using abnormal balgham munziq,musihel and aifeimigao for duration of three courses of treatment(one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment).Result: 1.There are some improvements in the situation of uyghur medical syndrome following aspects: It can be seen from the study that,all among 60 patients with abnormal balgham hysteromyoma combined with hyperplasia of mammary glands,the cases fully recovered after the treatment take 16 case(26.7%),the cases markedly improved take 31 case(51.7%),the cases of valid take 8 case(13.3%),the cases of invalid take 5 cases(8.3%);2.The curative effect score of hysteromyoma significantly changed following aspects: the volume of hysteromyoma reduces remarkably after duration of three courses of treatment.And the difference in the medicine syndrome score was obvious before and after the treatment,and this results have the statistical value(P<0.001).all among 60 patients,the cases fully recovered after the treatment take 10 case(16.7%),the cases markedly improved take 25 cases(41.7%),the cases of valid take 14 cases(23.3%),the cases of invalid take 11 cases(18.3%),the total effective rate 81.7%.3.The curative effect score of hyperplasia of mammary glands changed following aspects: the uyghur medicine syndrome score of breast pain and breast lump was significantly decreased after duration of three courses of treatment.And this results have the statistical value(P<0.001).the evaluation results of breast pain efficacy show that,in all among 60 patients,the cases fully recovered after the treatment take 33 cases(55.0%),the cases of valid take 25 cases(41.7%),the cases of invalid take 2 cases(3.3%),the total effective rate: 96.7%;the evaluation results of breast lumps curative efficacy show that before the treatment there 30 patients have the breast lump symptoms,after treatmen the cases fully recovered take13 cases(43.3%),the cases of valid take 13 cases(43.3%),the cases of invalid take 4 cases(13.3%),the total effective rate 86.7%;4.Safety evaluation: 60 patients with routine blood test,liver and kidney function consider as a safety evaluation indexes before and after treatment.And this indexes were measured one time before and after the treatment.After the treatment it shows that all within normal range,the indexes have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: the curative effect results of abnormal balgham hysteromyoma combined with hyperplasia of mammary glands by using abnormal balgham munziq,musihel and aifeimigao shows that,after the treatment the uyghur medical syndrome symptoms and clinical symptoms significantly improved,the volume of breast lumps reduced noticeably,control its growth and very effective hyperplasia of mammary gland symptom and taking the theory of "the same origin of different diseases",namely "the same disease with different syndromes" as the basis of treatment,it achieves the effect of treating the different diseases with the same method.This research showing the broad application prospect of uyghur medicine in the clinic.
