1.Objective:According to the preliminary results,we select Wangu(GB12)?Futu(LI18)?Qishe(ST11)?Jingbailao(EX-HN15)?Jianjing(GB21)?Bingfeng(SI12)?Gaohuang(BL43)7 points in neck and shoulders.The soft tissue tension of between tinnitus group and healthy control group were compared to study the left and right imbalances of neck and shoulder muscles of cervical origin tinnitus and their correlation with tinnitus.At the same time,the tenderness tester is used to test the tenderness threshold of auricular and distal acupuncture points in cervical tinnitus patients.To investigate the correlation between soft tissue tension and acupoint pain threshold in neck and shoulder muscles.Then study the role of ribs in the pathogenesis of tinnitus and provide new ideas for tinnitus treatment with acupuncture.2.Mehods:Select 40 patients with cervical origin tinnitus group and 30 healthy control groups,the soft tissue tensiometer was used to measure the Wangu(GB 12)?Futu(LI18)?Qishe(ST11)?Jingbailao(EX-HN15)?Jianjing(GB21)?Bingfeng(SI12)?Gaohuang(BL43)7 points on the neck and shoulders;At the same time,the tenderness tester was used to measure the tenderness thresholds of the eight patients with tinnitus,such as Wangu(GB 12)?Yifeng(SJ17)?Fengchi(GB20)?Hegu(LI14)?Waiguan(SJ5)?Zhongzhu(SJ13)?Taichong(LR3)?Yanglingquan(GB34)?Zulinqi(GB41).3.Results3.1 tinnitus group and healthy control group general situation3.1.1 GenderThere were 19 males(47.5%)and 21 females(52.5%)in the tinnitus group,and there were 13 males(43.33%)and 17 females patients(56.67%)in the healthy control group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)among women in the tinnitus group.There was no significant difference between male and female patients in the non tinnitus control group and in the male and female patients in the control group(P>0.05).3.1.2 AgeTinnitus group:minimum age 21 years old,maximum 63 years old,average age 43.68 years old.The age of the largest number of tinnitus group is 31-40years old(37.5%),followed by 51-60 years old(30%);healthy control group:the youngest 24 years old,the oldest 65 years old,the average age 40.1 years old.the tinnitus group and healthy control group in each age group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).3.1.3 Duration:Less than 3 months,13 cases(acute tinnitus),3-12 months,5 cases(subacute tinnitus),more than 12 months,22 cases(chronic tinnitus).More than 12 months of chronic tinnitus group was the most common,the incidence rate was 55%.3.1.4 Tinnitus side40 cases of tinnitus group,16 cases of left tinnitus(40%),6 cases of right tinnitus(15%),18 cases of double tinnitus double tinnitus is the highest,accounting for 45%.3.2 Comparison of the tension and displacement values of the Wangu(GB12)tenderness on the right side was smaller than that of the healthy control group,with extremely significant difference(p<0.01).Right tinnitus patients had lower thresholds of Yifeng(SJ17)?Fengchi(GB20)?Waiguan(SJ5)than the healthy control group,with significant differences(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the right tinnitus on the right side of Hegu(LI14)?Zhongzhu(SJ13)?Yanglingquan(GB34)?Taichong(LR3)?Zulinqi(GB41)tenderness thresholds compared with the healthy control group(p>0.05).3.5.3 Comparison of tenderness thresholds between patients with bilateral tinnitus and healthy controlsThe threshold values of left Wangu(GB 12)?Fengchi(GB20)?Waiguan(SJ5)in the bilateral tinnitus group were lower than those in the healthy control group,with significant differences(p<0.05).The threshold for of Yifeng(SJ17)was smaller than that of the healthy control group,with a significant difference(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in the bilateral tinnitus on the left side of Zhongzhu(SJ13)?Hegu(LI14)?Zhongzhu(SJ 13)?Yanglingquan(GB34)?Taichong(LR3)?Zulinqi(GB41)tenderness thresholds compared with the healthy control group(p>0.05).The threshold values of right Wangu(GB 12)?Waiguan(SJ5)in the bilateral tinnitus group were lower than those in the healthy control group,with significant differences(p<0.05).The threshold for of Yifeng(SJ17)?Fengchi(GB20)was smaller than that of the healthy control group,with a significant difference(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in the right tinnitus on the right side of Hegu(LI14)?Zhongzhu(SJ13)?Yanglingquan(GB34)?Taichong(LR3)?Zulinqi(GB41)tenderness thresholds compared with the healthy control group(p>0.05).3.6 Correlative analysis of soft tissue tension displacement value and tenderness threshold in Wangu(GB 12)of tinnitus group and healthy control groupThere was a positive correlation between the soft tissue tension values of the left and right side of the tinnitus group and the left and right tenderness thresholds respectively,with significant difference(p<0.05).4.Conclusion4.1 Patients with unilateral cervical tinnitus have lower values of soft tissue tension displacement in the upper neck and shoulders than those in the contralateral side.And the ipsilateral neck and shoulder tenderness threshold is lower than the healthy side.Shows that neck and shoulder imbalance in patients with cervical origin tinnitus,and biased to the affected side,up and down imbalance,and biased towards the upper.4.2 Patients with unilateral cervical tinnitus had lower soft tissue tension displacements on the affected side of the cervical collar than the contralateral side,and the tenderness threshold of the affected side of the neck and shoulder was lower than that of the healthy side.;and there was a positive correlation between the displacement value of the soft tissue tension and the tenderness threshold of Wangu(GB12).The above results indicate that the muscles on the tinnitus side are in a state of tension and hyperalgesia,which are important factors causing tinnitus.The clinical treatment of cervical tinnitus requires attention to the release of soft tissue from the upper part of the neck and shoulders of the affected side and the balance of the muscles on both sides of the neck and shoulders.
