| BackgroundChronic hepatitis B(Chronic hepatitis B,CHB)is an infectious disease caused by the hepatitis B virus(Hepatitis B virus,HBV).It is one of the major diseases that endanger human health.According to the WHO,about 2 billion people in the world have been infected with HBV,of which 240 million are chronic HBV infection.About 650 thousand people die of liver failure,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma caused by HBV infection each year.In 2006,the serological epidemiological survey of hepatitis B in China showed that the carrying rate of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)was 7.18%in our 1-59 year old population.Based on this,it was estimated that there were about 93 million chronic HBV infection patients in China,of whom 20 million were CHB patients.As a result,CHB seriously threatens the life and health of human beings and brings a huge burden of disease to the people.At present,there is no one kind of medicine to cure it.Western medicine is mainly antiviral treatment.Although it has achieved a certain effect,it still faces many problems.First of all,antiviral therapy has strict indications and contraindications,so antiviral therapy can not be used in all CHB patients.The main problem of second resistance is long-term antiviral treatment of CHB face,nucleoside(acid)analogues resistance reaction is the most obvious,resistance can lead to breakthrough and biochemical breakthrough,virologic rebound and hepatitis,few can occur in patients with decompensated liver function,acute liver failure,and even death.Moreover,the serious adverse reaction of the
