PurposeMultiple sclerosis(MS)is an immuno-mediated central nervous system(CNS)inflammatory demyelinating disease.The course of repeated onset and high disability rate lead to poor prognosis.The purpose of this study includes two parts,the first part,by the yong-ping fan,a professor at the diagnosis and treatment of the TCM clinical data of 112 patients with MS data mining,discusses the experience and MS syndrome distribution regularity for use,etc.,so as to enrich the theory of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of MS,guide the clinical and experimental research,at the same time provide the clinical basis for the second part studies the content of.The second part is by observing the effective component of capsule,invigorating the kidney and marrow catalpa alcohol allergy,emodin on experimental encephalomyelitis(experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis,EAE)in the brains of mice oligodendrocyte transcription factor(oligodendrocyte transcription factor,Olig)1 and Olig2 prevented expression to explore the effects of Bushen Yisui Capsule purging compatibility supplement in the mechanism of action of myelin repair.MethodsThe first part is to select MS patients who were admitted to Beijing tiantan hospital affiliated to capital medical university from December 2010 to December 2017.Meet eligibility criteria,a total of 112 cases were done by professor yong-ping fan of syndrome differentiation and prescription,using frequency analysis method to the patients' general information,clinical symptoms,the law of syndrome loss of myelin sheath,and western blot(WB)was used to observe the expression of Olig1 and Olig2 proteins.Real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,real-time rt-pcr)observation Olig1 and Olig2 prevented gene expression.ResultAmong 112 MS patients,kidney deficiency(hepatic and kidney Yin deficiency)was the most commonly recognized type of TCM dialectics,with 72 cases in total,including 20 cases with simple kidney deficiency and 52 cases with hepatic Yin deficiency.There were 31 cases of qi deficiency.A total of 105 out of 112 patients had stasis syndrome differentiation.A total of 72 cases were diagnosed with phlegm.A total of 71 cases were diagnosed with phlegm stasis.The pathogenesis of MS is based on kidney deficiency.Phlegm,blood stasis,dampness,heat and internal wind are the standard factors.When the patient come to see doctor the top three kinds of symptoms including mainland disorder,limb numbness,limb weakness,before the first symptoms appear in the frequency of the highest three symptoms are numbness,muscle weakness,vision loss treatment including
