Objective:To evaluate the comprehensive treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with the advantages and long-term observation of its effect and the effect on coagulation function.Methods:140 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from July 2014 to June 2017 in outpatient department of Pediatrics and ward of our hospital which were randomly divided into control group(70 cases)and experimental group(70 cases).The former is treated with Azithromycin only,and the other group conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Each group was treated for 1 weeks,and all the children were followed up for 2 weeks.Evaluate the cure rate,course of treatment,the time of symptom alleviation in two groups.Results:In the total curative effect,the experimental group had 37 cases cured,28 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,0 case ineffective;Control group recovered in 7 cases,50 cases were markedly effective,effective in 13 cases,0 no effect.Suggesting that the experimental group is superior to the control group in the effect of the disease,with statistical significance.There was no significant difference between the two groups of points before treatment;In the treatment of first,second,third,7,14,21 days,the two groups had a tendency to decrease with time,the decrease of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group,indicating that the difference of the curative effect of the two groups was gradually obvious and had statistical significance,suggesting that the effect of the experimental group was better than the control group.Specifically,fever:there was no significant difference in the treatment of two groups at first,and in the 2nd,3rd days,the experimental group recovered faster than the control group;during the fourth to 7 days,the fever scores of experimental group were lower than the control group,but no statistical meaning.n the aspects of cough,phlegm congestion and pulmonary auscultation,there was no significant difference between the two groups at admission,while in the seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first day treatment,the decrease rate of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group,which was statistically significant.Wheezing:it can be seen that the score of the experimental group at admission is equal to the control group.The first,seventh,fourteenth and 21 days,the scores of the two groups tend to be the same,suggesting that there is no obvious difference between the experimental group and the control group.Total score of symptoms:the total score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at admission,but there was no statistical difference.During the first,second,third,7,14 and 21 days,the decrease rate of the experimental group was faster than the control group,and the experimental group was better than the control group.The onset time of main symptoms:it is not difficult to find that the onset time of symptoms in the two groups has significant difference in cough,sputum and auscultation(P<0.05).Coughing,phlegm congestion and auscultation score were higher in the treatment group than in the control group.It can be said that the time of coughing,the improvement of phlegm congestion and the improvement of pulmonary signs were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group.In the minor symptoms such as spirit,complexion and appetite,the scores in the treatment group at admission were higher than those in the control group,but there was no statistical difference.In the days of the first,7th,14,and 21 days,the score of experimental group is going down faster than the control group,and it's getting better,and there's statistically significant.In the control group,the number of spleen deficiency(pixu)syndrome,persistent cough and relapse were all more than those in the treatment group after infection,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The recovery of CRP in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.In terms of coagulation function,the control group only D dimer has improved.before and after treatment,the PT,PTA and D dimer of experimental group were improved in different degrees,and compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of safety,before treatment,2 cases of abnormal liver function were found in the control group,which was caused by mycoplasma infection or drug metabolism.There were no obvious abnormal changes in the two groups.After comparison in the study,it can be seen that there was no significant difference in ALT between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:the results of the study show that the group of comprehensive therapy of cupping and medicine was superior to the control group of azithromycin alone in the total effective rate of the MPP in children.In the experimental group,the symptoms,such as cough,expectoration and pulmonary signs,disappeared significantly earlier than that in the control group,indicating that the comprehensive treatment of MPP in children has a significant clinical advantage in shortening the course of the disease,also indicating that early intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MPP may help to shorten the recovery period.It was found that the number of spleen deficiency syndrome,deferred cough and recurrent cases in the control group were more than those in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Therefore,there was a further study on the improvement of cough expectoration and the curative effect of relapse in the later period of Jiawei Liu'anjian Decoction for the treatment of MPP.The comprehensive therapy of cupping and medicine is effective in improving the coagulation function of children with MPP,which can effectively prevent thrombosis and serious complications and improve prognosis.The comprehensive therapy of cupping and medicine can make up the present situation of the general resistance of single macrolide antibiotics and get a better clinical effect.
