Background:In order to improve the level of primary care physicians,patients gradually won recognition,improve the grass-roots health institutions in Beijing city of Chaoyang District traditional Chinese medicine service capacity,Chaoyang District government Planning TCM talents training combined with multi practice policy,exploration into Chinese personnel training mode innovation,on March 2016 Chaoyang District launched the lijian project in Beijing city.Training mode for lijian project to participate in the project to students in three kinds of training station hospitals,community health services and the quality of private medical institutions in traditional Chinese medicine by the district is composed of the training for 6 months,a total of 18 months,each station visits 2 half day a week.Through clinical practice of medical treatment to different people in different regions and different categories of hone,application in practice of teacher academic thought and clinical experience,gradually formed his own academic point of view,to be innovative,eventually become a excellent Chinese medician.This research is to study the effect of lijian projectObjective:The status of Chaoyang District lijian project,found the problems in the process of project implementation and cause analysis,implementation process and results of the project evaluation more scientific and reasonable,the next step for the project to continue to provide the basis.Method:This study through the questionnaire and comparison of the objective data,using descriptive analysis,graphically visual display status of the implementation of the lijian project.At the same time,through key interviews,understand the existing problems in implementation of lijian project.Contents:The main contents of this study are divided into three parts:(1)Through literature research and research group members to discuss,screening of different types of indicators,combined the results of the interview,through the questionnaire survey,students the satisfaction of training units and jijian projects.Through self-made questionnaire and interview results,we investigate the evaluation of their abilities.(2)Through the statistical data system,starting from the perspective of students,find dates of original units and each station units total prescriptions,training and expertise related prescriptions,total income and other indicators,to study the effect of the project sword.(3)Through a comprehensive analysis of the implementation effect of the lijian project,found and feedback in the process of project implementation,put forward suggestions for improvement.Results:(1)The students of higher satisfaction to lijian projectsThe students of lijian projects cycle,the implementation process,assessment system and organizational management were higher on satisfaction,but funding subsidies is somewhat low;Students of training unit working environment,the importance of student satisfaction is high,but the promotion of work satisfaction lower;Besides,students' desire to continue to participate is stronger.(2)Lijian projects improve the students' comprehensive abilityThe students self evaluation and student in the original unit colleagues think students various aspects ability have improved,especially the ability to adapt and doctor-patient communication ability of students.Participants in the training after treatment ability,learning ability,innovation ability are improved.Participate in the project enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of students work,reading classic books frequency frequency and summarize the cases have improved,but intensity of work is improving.(3)The business volume of students rose steadilyStudents during original unit per capita outpatient amount,total income,per capita and per capita outpatient prescriptions in the number showed a steady upward trend.Students with relevant expertise prescriptions accounted for slightly lower than the overall trend.The T test showed no significant difference at four different stages;In the training unit,per capita outpatient,students per capita total revenue per capita and prescriptions in second station training unit of growth than the first station in the number of units in the station,the private medical institutions in third,each index decreased significantly.The students during the 3 training units,prescriptions and expertise related showed a steady upward trend.(4)Promotes cooperation and exchange of medical institutionsOn the one hand,it builds up a good platform for the development of grassroots TCM practitioners by allowing grassroots practitioners to retrain them.On the other hand,the talent resource sharing platform of Chaoyang District grass-roots hospital has been established to realize the organic linkage of public hospitals and private medical institutions,and to inject fresh and fresh vitality into the Chinese medicine service in Chaoyang District as a whole.Policy recommendations:(1)Increase the propaganda of project.Training units should strengthen their own responsibility,to increase students propaganda.Students should set up a proactive attitude,for patients to provide services.Constantly strengthen the study,improve the level of diagnosis and service,and attract patients to visit.(2)Establish a reasonable assessment and incentive mechanism.The assessment mechanism of the students should be further refined,and the assessment of the students should be put into practice,and the assessment should not be made in the form.In the hospital to improve the access threshold,strengthen supervision of training units and the range.to provide better objective conditions for students.Improve the incentive mechanism for students and improve the enthusiasm of students.On the one hand,we should increase the subsidy to the trainees,on the other hand,let the trainees often get positive feedback,provide trainees with various learning and training opportunities,and the excellent ones will further cultivate opportunities and give students rewards outside the material.(4)Actively organize activities.Carry out all kinds of teacher forum,rich theoretical knowledge of students sword..A two-way communication model is established through the students' Forum.Clarify the needs and problems of the students,and strengthen the students'sense of identity.(5)To expand the scope of training hospital.Try to three hospitals included in the scope of training units,strengthen regional and regional cooperation,to increase the overall population disease students grasp.Strengthen communication and contact between the original unit and training units,establish good cooperation mechanism between the various medical institutions.(6)Exploring the long effective management mechanism of Li Jian project.Summarizing the process of carrying out sorting and reflection lijian project,summarizes the highlights and
