| Objective: To compare clinical curative effect of arthroscopic debridement and Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,determine the value of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.To provide a reference for the clinical use of knee arthroscopic debridementMETHODS: A total of 82 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were enrolled from December 2014 to December 2016,and were randomly divided into arthroscopic group and sodium hyaluronate group.The patients were treated with knee joint Lysholm score,Vsa pain score,c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in articular effusion were measured and the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Finally,all the data were analyzed by statistics analysis,to analysis wether there were tatistically significant between two methods of the treatment of knee osteoarthritisResults: There were significant differences between the two groups of patients in January,June,1 year follow-up,pain vas score,and knee joint function Lysholm score compared with before and after treatment with arthroscopic group and sodium hyaluronate group.1 month,6 months,1 year after follow-up,arthroscopic group before and after treatment,c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the two groups there was a significant difference.There was no significant difference in c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)between the two groups before and after treatment.Arthroscopic group,and sodium hyaluronate group.There was no significant difference between the pain score and the Lysholm score in the knee function after follow-up in January,1 month follow-up,pain vas score,knee function Lysholm score knee There was a significant difference between arthroscopic group and sodium hyaluronate group.After 1 year of treatment,the total effective rate of arthroscopic group was higher than that of sodium hyaluronate group.Conclusion: Arthroscopic debridement and Sodium Hyaluronate intra-articular injection have a certain therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis,which can alleviate knee swelling,pain and dysfunction in different degrees.In short term there were similar clinical curative effect to relief the symptoms of the patient between two types of treatment,but arthroscopic surgery group than the joint injection of sodium hyaluronate group in the long-term have a better effect.Arthroscopic debridement can reduce the levels of c-reactive protein and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the articular effusion of patients in the short term. |
