Objective To study the effect of 0.3%sodium hyalurate eye drops used by patients after the operation of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation; The prospective randomized controlled single-blind study was uesd to observe correction effect of corneal astigmatism after the cataract ultrasonic emulsification surgery by CALLISTO eye navigation system to decide incision location,as a reference of cataract ultrasonic emulsification incision selection.Methods:116 simple age-related cataract patients were randomly divided into treatment group(59 cases and 59 eyes)and control group(57 cases and 57 eyes),both groups accepted operation of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. After the operation, the treatment group used 0.3%sodium hyaluronate eye drops, examinations were taken respectively in the two groups in the preoperative 3 days and postoperative 1 day,2 days,7 days,15 days and 30 days,to compare the differences of symptom scores,BUT?FL?SIt and the incidence of xerophthalmia.61 patients were selected randomly from December 2016 to June 2017 in Wuxi People's Hospital suuffering from age-related cataract and all of them were treated with emulsification combined intraocular lens implant surgery, divided into, navigation group(30)and control group(31).The navigation group was taken the transparent corneal incision for the descending maximum curvature meridian by the C ALLIS TO eye navigation system. The control group was taken in the location of the 10:00.All patients underwent transparent corneal incision, which was located 1mm from the margin of the cornea, with the size of 3mm.In two groups examinations were taken respectively in 1 d,7 d,30 d,90 d after surgery to determine comeal astigmatism and axis by corneal topography, and the standard vector analysis was used for calculation of preoperative and postoperative 90 d astigmatism. Results:The scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)after 1 day,2 days,7 days of symptoms,BUT scoring,FL score and the incidence of xerophthalmia, which were higher than before the operation. After 7 days and 15 days after surgery, the scores of symptoms,BUT scores,FL scores and the incidence of xerophthalmia were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,in 1 day,2 days,30 days after the surgery, two groups of symptoms,BUT scoring,FL score and incidence of xerophthalmia were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In 7 d,30 d,90 d after surgery, the naked eye vision in navigation group were better than that in 10:00-incision group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),postoperative 7 d,30 d,90 d | SIRC |(amount of refractive surgery cause)in navigation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).|EV|(residual astigmatism after surgery)in postoperative?d,30 d,90d was less in the navigation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Cataract surgery can lead to symptoms of xerophthalmia after operation, and the early application of sodium hyaluronate can alleviate those symptoms and accelerate the recovery of eye table, which is worth clinical promotion; The CALLISTO eye navigation system was performed to locate the corneal incision, with a transparent corneal incision in the maximum curvature meridian, and the naked eye vision and postoperative astigmatism were better than the normal 10:00 incision.
