Objective:To study the relationship between the imaging features of ultrasound and mammography and the diagnosis of HER2 positive primary breast cancer.Methods:204 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital,including 90 cases of HER2 positive breast cancer,114 cases of HER2 negative breast cancer,compared with HER2 positive and negative groups of ultrasound,mammography and pathological features.Results:the histological grade is higher than the HER2 negative breast cancer group in HER2 positive breast cancer tissue group(P<0.001),HER2 positive breast cancer group prone to lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);in the ultrasound characteristics,comparison between HER2 positive group and HER2 negative breast cancer breast cancer group,tumor size,HER2 positive breast cancer tumor size is greater than 5cm(P<0.001),mass for the irregular(P<0.05),the presence of microcalcifications(P<0.05),there are internal and peripheral blood flow signal(P<0.05);compared with group HER2 positive breast cancer the group of HER2 negative breast cancer mammography,showed HER2 positive breast cancer is often mass with calcification(P<0.001).Conclusion:Different types of breast cancer imaging performance,analysis and understanding of HER2-positive breast cancer pathology,ultrasound and molybdenum target characteristics,ultrasound in the discovery of breast mass and observe the size of the tumor,the border,with or without tumor blood vessels and blood flow velocity and Resistance index is superior to the molybdenum target,but the molybdenum target in the discovery of microcalcification of the tumor and the margin of the spikes is better than ultrasound,both are specific tests are not specific,the diagnosis of the two together only to improve the diagnostic rate,And misdiagnosed.
