Objective:Find the best acupoints for the treatment of pruritus disease.Methods:Collecting the acupuncture treatment of pruritus disease related literature and sorting out.Select a representative literature for the main point of statistics,with the unilization to analyse the main points along to channels and the use of the main points.Results:1.Acupuncture treatment of generalized itching of the meridian usage rate> 10.00% are:foot Taiyin spleen channel(27.10%),hand Yangming large intestine channel(23.74%),foot Taiyang bladder channel(12.95%),foot Yangming Stomach channel(11.99%).2.Acupuncture treatment of generalized itching main points are:Xuehai(14.25%),Quchi(13.79%),Sanyinjiao(10.11%),Zusanli(9.88%),Hegu(8.74%),Fengchi(4.83%),Geshu(4.60%).3.Acupuncture treatment of vulvar and / or perianal parts of itching of the meridians of usage rate> 10.00% are:foot Taiyin spleen channel(21.47%),foot Taiyang bladder channel(19.02%),Ren channel(18.40%),foot Jueyin liver channel(10.43%).4.Acupuncture treatment of vulvar and / or perianal parts itching main points are:Sanyinjiao(10.53%),Xuehai(7.02%),Changqiang(6.43%),Ligou(5.26%),Zusanli(4.68%),Quchi,Qugu and Zhongji(They were all 4.09%).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment of generalized itching of the main points along to channel are: foot Taiyin spleen channel and hand Yangming large intestine channel.2.Acupuncture treatment of generalized itching of the number of the main points 5-6,there are: Xuehai,Quchi,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Hegu.3.Acupuncture treatment of localized itching of the main points along to channel are: foot Taiyin spleen and through the itching of the meridians.4.Acupuncture treatment of the localized itching of the number of the main points5-6,there are Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,local acupoints and special effects points.
